Great apartment in a quiet neighborhood.

We stayed 2 nights in this super clean apartment. Neat as pin. Comfortable furnishings...everything looks brand new. It is located in a quiet neighborhood so very little noise from outside.We were slightly concerned about having a tenant above us but there was hardly any sounds. Way better than most hotels. We would definitely stay here again!

I was truly dissapointed with this stay. Where to begin? The bed was as hard as a rock and so were the pillows. There are chickens on the property and chicken poo on porch and parking area. The side chair legs in LR were loose. The kitchen lighting was very dim and the kitchen was poorly equipped. The steps leading into the house did not have a hand rail. Communication with the host was not good. Remember before booking there is not a dishwasher. On the bright side that AC was excellent and the washer and dryer worked well.

Nice stay in Zanesville

Nice ground floor of house in South Zanesville. Well decorated, old house with many nice newer features. Bathroom and kitchen well appointed and very clean. Host obviously thought about what guests would like.
