5-Stars... Excellent place to stay while visiting Zaniesville. Nothing but good things to say about this property. We staying here for six nights, cooked our meals in the kitchen, plenty of utensils and dishes, again no complaints. Great location too.

This is a wonderful home! We found it to be very clean, the rooms were very spacious, and it was stocked with plenty of blankets and towels. Our only complaint was that the refrigerator was not working properly; our food and drinks were lukewarm. The freezer however, was working just fine. This was not a big issue for us but those planning to bring food may want to consider coolers of their own!

Property wasn’t as clean as I was expecting it to be. It also had a musty smell and was extremely humid in the house. Otherwise it was a nice little property. A good bit of road noise as it sits very close to a busy road but it does calm down at night. It is not River view as is listed, although it may be if leaves are not on the trees. Never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. Owner was attentive and helpful. The house has everything you need as far as dishes, nice towels & linens, etc. Overall it’s a good stay just the couple little cleanliness/maintenance issues

Great home we enjoyed it a lot . We were there during a time they were having issues with weather so we had some hiccups and the owner was easy to contact and took care of every issue we came across that she was able to. I would absolutely stay here again .
