Great spot for families

We really enjoyed our stay, kitchen had everything we needed, balcony was very nice, and great to have laundry in the suite. Very close to Disney and also a pretty easy train ride into Paris city centre. Excellent mall with grocery store and restaurants nearby.

Quiet place..close to Disneyland only a 15 minute walk on a safe route..apartment had everything you could think off..so close to restaurants and shopping..15 minutes to train station into Paris..so would use again..

Wonderful Stay!

This property is an absolute gem! It was easy to find and so well maintained. We were about a 10-15 minute walk through the Val d'Europe shopping center to the train station, a 15-20 minute walk from Disney (could have also used the bus but we walked instead), and next to the cutest little boulangerie bakery where we picked up breakfast each morning. The beds were comfortable, and it was just right for our family. We would definitely stay there again!

Really enjoyable

The apartment was homely and spacious. Lovely balcony area. Facilities are all there. 1 star taken off for cleanliness, but nothing that can't be resolved as all cleaning equipment is available in the apartment. Ideal location to Disney and shopping complex. 20 minute walk from Disney or bus stop just around the corner at 2.50euros every half hour. Only downside is complicated coded front door and key to 2nd door, but once you have sussed it, no problems.

Well equipped and spacious apartment

We loved the size of the apartment and it was well equipped. It was very handy for Disneyland, Val d’Europe and Paris. The only thing that let it down was that it needs some maintenance work. Nothing major at all, but it was a shame that small bits and pieces needed fixing - like one of the wardrobe doors wouldn’t work and a drawer was falling to bits in the bathroom and the toilet seat didn’t fit properly. Having said that the kitchen had plenty of good pans, a good oven and microwave and the fridge/freezer was a great size. The living room was comfortable and the dining table a good size. Beds were comfortable as well.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Direkt gegenüber gibt es eine Bäckerei. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe (1 Station zum Disneyland, 2,50 pro Person). Wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein RIESIGES Einkaufszentrum. Zu der Wohnung gehören 2 Tiefgaragenplätze (Achtung, Hofeinfahrt ist sehr eng. Wir kamen nur mit eingeklappten Spiegeln rein). Der Check-in und -out funktioniert problemlos. Ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Agentur, befinden sich die Unterlagen in einem Safe und bei Abreise wirft man diese in einen Briefkasten. Wir buchten jetzt das 2. Mal über diese Agentur. Zu der Wohnung: die Wohnung hat eine angenehme Größe (wir waren zu 6. dort), das Farbkonzept ist stimmig. Es ist soweit alles vorhanden was man braucht ABER, das Geschirr war schmutzig (hier mussten wir erstmal alles durchspülen und entschieden uns dann, die Küche nicht zu benutzen und essen zu gehen), im Gefrierschrank befanden sich noch Lebensmittel, die Steckdosen in den Schlafzimmern hiengen teilweise aus der Wand. In einem Zimmer gab es kein Licht wegen einer defekten Birne. Die Toilettenbrille war nicht richtig montiert bzw. passte nicht (man musste wirklich aufpassen das man sich nicht verletzte). Die Stühle und Sessel sollten dringend ersetzt werden (die ganzen Oberflächen sind abgewetzt). Die Sofakissen waren schmutzig und sollten dringend mal gewaschen werden. Diese Mängel gehen bei dieser Preiskategorie leider gar nicht. Schade darum...

Tolle Umgebung , super Wohnung

Wir waren zu 7 . 2 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder . Platz hat super gereicht . Die Umgebung war super , nicht weit ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum in dem man alles findet was man brauch . Auch war die Schlüsselübergabe für die Wohnung total unkompliziert. Ja die Möbel sind nicht mehr super neu aber alles sauber und super. Werden uns das auf jedenfall merken und wieder kommen.

Alles in allem sehr gut. Die Wohnung könnte mal renoviert werden. Das Sofa war in einem desolaten Zustand. Der Backofen stark verschmutzt. Die Klobrille hing fast daneben. Aber alles zu ertragen. Es war sonst alles sauber. Leider keine Bedienungsanleitungen für den Backofen etc. Die Lage war genial. Alles in allem ....super

Schöner Urlaub bei uns in Paris

Die Wohnung liegt super verkehrsgünstig für einen Urlaub in Paris und Disneyland. Sie ist ruhig gelegen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, benötigt aber ein paar kleinere Reparaturen und Erneuerung. Trotzdem würden wir sie wieder buchen.

Mooi gelegen bijna volmaakt appartement

Deze woning is perfect voor een gezelschap van max 6. Bedden heerlijk, Badkamer met douche en bad, heerlijke dikke badhanddoeken, wasmachine aanwezig. In de keuken echt alles aanwezig wat je je maar kunt wensen.. Het enige minpunt is de slaapbank in de woonkamer. Een vreselijk versleten slaapbank. Waar ze om het te verdoezelen een groot plaid over hebben gelegd. Hier kun je echt niet op slapen. En zitten is ook geen luxe op deze bank. De rest van de meubels is perfect Afstand naar disneyland is 20 minuten lopen of met de bus lijn 47 is het 3 minuten rijden. Super groot winkelcentrum en outletcentrum tegenover het gebouwcomplex

Buena ubicación y calidad

Calidad precio buena. Si hay que poner algo negativo es el diminuto aseo. Por lo demás muy correcto. Zona muy buena que incluso te permite ir andando a Eurodisney aunque tiene la parada del autobús a 150m (línea 47 y se paga al conductor, precio del billete 2€). También a 150m está el inmenso centro comercial Val d'Europe con todo tipo de tiendas y restaurantes y el supermercado Auchan.

Das Apartment liegt in einer wundervollen ruhigen,sauberen Umgebung. Disneyland ist in laufnähe ebenso wie das wirklich tolle Einkaufszentrum. Nach Paris sind es ca. 30 min. Ich musste während des Aufenthaltes einen Arzt aufsuchen, der Vermieter hat mit hier weitergeholfen und eine gute Adresse mitgeteilt. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.

Mooie locatie voor veel activiteiten

Op loopafstand van Euro Disney, Val d'Europe winkelcentrum, Sea Life, veel restaurants en ov richting Parijs. Verder is het een fraai vertrekpunt om met de auto de omgeving te verkennen met kasteelbezoeken, boswandelingen, middeleeuwse steden etc. Woning is verder prima , van alle gemakken voorzien. Her en der een los stopcontact, maar dat is dan wellicht de "Franse slag". Klein balkon op het noorden, dus weinig directe zon.

The property is great for a quick break in Paris and Eurodisney. Everything you need for the family. Close to shopping Centre and bus stop for Disney. Great bakery opposite for breakfast. Beware of taxi drivers from euro Disney train station. Cost for 6 should be 20euro, we were charged 40.

Nice clean apartment though let down by a few little things.

The property is spacious and in a fantastic area. 15-20 mins walk from Disney and very easy to get to. Also very close to the Val D'Europe shopping mall where you can buy groceries too. So, the negatives are as follows. Balcony had an ashtray full of butt ends which stank. I moved this to one side. Brand new oven, Microwave though no instructions which would help. No welcome pack, as such. There was one teabag, 3 coffee sachets but no milk. All the apartments I've stayed at previously had fruit, a bottle of wine plus teas, coffees. There was no sugar. Just little things I know but after a long day travelling, these things go a long way. There were also no soap in any of the dispensers. Good thing is, the mall at the top end has a great supermarket and we went and bought things in. There's a coffee machine which is a bonus. The rooms were all clean, spacious and there were plenty of towels etc. The sofa in the room has a throw over it as the leather is peeling and its seen better days. The toilet seat needs alignment and tightening. The question is, would I go back and the answer is yes. It is in a great safe location and all the things mentioned above are very fixable. At least I'm not moaning about an old oven etc. Just mentioning these things so hopefully future guests get that little bit more.

Family fun

We arrived at this property & was really impressed with the area & size of the apartment. Very well equipped with everything you need to stay self catering or dining out, we had breakfast before going to Disneyland & getting a bus just a 1 minute walk. Another plus is the Val De Europe shopping centre which has everything you need, supermarket, restaurants & numerous designer shops. Easy checking in & out as the keys are collected from a nearby estate agent’s. The only negative I will give is that we were told that we could check out at 6pm & not 12 as at first told, at 11am I was rung to say we needed to be out for 12 as the apartment was needed for another customer. I said that with 2 young children it would not be possible in that short time, “okay then” was the reply you can have until 2pm. So our trip in to Paris was not possible on our last day in France. Besides that issue we had a great time & would highly recommend stopping there….Merci

Geweldige vakantie woning

Na het huren van deze fantastische vakantie woning is alles heel soepel verlopen. De woning was precies zoals op de foto's en voldoet aan alle gemakken. Ideale locatie in combinatie met Disneyland Parijs, je kan er lopend naartoe, met de bus of met de metro. Mogelijkheden genoeg dus. Overdekt winkelcentrum en Outlet shopping zit om de hoek, zelf een uitstapje naar Parijs is zo gedaan. Voor ons de ideale vakantie woning in combinatie met Disneyland. Een echte aanrader!
