Centrally located in the heart of the village, 100 ft to the beach, and a 5 minute walk to town. Setting is a private courtyard with swimming pool located on the north side of town with gorgeous white sand beaches and turquoise blue ocean. Also includes paddle board, kayaks, bikes, beach chairs/umbrella. We have all the toys!

The property has 6 rental Condos – 2 bedrooms with en-suite bath. Please contact owner for availability and pricing of individual units.

The space
The condos are on the 1,2,and 3rd floor, approximately 650 to 900 sq ft of living space with beach/ocean view patios (note: 1st floor condos have limited views). The condo has a open bright airy design and is tastefully decorated. The large private patios surround the condo and provide ample area for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors.

-Kitchen/Dining/Family area is a modern open design with center-island (4 stools) and granite counter tops. It is well equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, 6 or 4 burner stove/oven and all the essential small appliances with separate dining area.

-The family area has couch seating with a flat screen TV, Streamer TV Boxes and Wireless Internet . It opens up (double sliding glass doors) to large beach/ocean view patio. The patio is fully furnished with lounge seating and table/chairs for outdoor enjoyment. BBQ equipment is available upon request.

-The 1st bedroom has a king or queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, each bedroom with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in showers, and ample storage space for your personal items.
-Ceiling fans are extensive throughout the condo, kitchen/family/dining area, bedrooms and bathrooms. (5) in total.

-A/C (3 mini-splits) are available, (kitchen/dining/family area and both bedrooms),.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of condo and 2 patio areas. Shared common areas includes swimming pool and courtyard.

Interaction with guests
Management will greet guests upon arrival, do a walk through, and ensure guests are familiar with details: (electronic door codes, internet access, safe deposit codes, cleaning schedule, house rules, etc). As requested, will provide information regarding town activities, restaurants, local tours, how-to, etc. Management is available should guests need additional assistance.

Great place!

We spent a week and Jim is a responsive and gracious host. The property is perfectly situated a block from the beach and just far enough outside of the restaurant zone to be quiet yet accessible to the many great places to eat.

Very clean, well maintained, steps to the beach and steps to a bar/restaurant on the beach. The complex has all the beach items you need or use the umbrellas and chairs at the beach restaurant 1 min walk away. Amanda greeted us when we arrived, was responsive by text to anything we needed, ordered us a taxi one day, offered to arrange our airport transportation. They work hard to keep everything clean and maintained. The unit was perfect with beach views as advertised and outdoor patio balconies. Perfect 2 br 2 ba condo right by the beach.

Everything you need!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Proximity to the beach was a huge plus. The bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards available to borrow was a great addition. When I went out into the water with the kayak, I saw a huge sea turtle. Very cool experience. Would definitely stay here again. The only other comment I have is that the "kids room" is in the back of the condo, so the kids would walk through the master bedroom to get to the rest of the place. Minor inconvenience. There is an option to walk around to the front door though through the gate on the back patio.

Excellent Location and Facilities

Great location next line off the beach but 2 good views of the sea . We were on the third floor. Massage and beach club located within 50 metres and quiet at night. Large wrap around balcony with long clothes line and a constant breeze. Not too much breeze as there are buildings between us and the open sea. But good views to the sides of these buildings. Well equipped with beach equipment in excellent condition including kayaks, stand up paddle boards, fins, each chairs and umbrellas so you don't need to overpay at the beach club if you are only going to the beach for an hour or so. Kitchen appliances and equipment (pots/pans/utensils) which can't be said for so many other rentals with scratched up non stick cookware. A/C worked great, Jim the owner easy to contact and resolve any concerns. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

Our stay couldn't be any better. Jim and Eric were very accommodating on the day of arrival. Our flights were delayed and we didn't check-in until almost mid-night. Eric was at the unit waiting for us to explain everything about the condo. The unit (top floor) we initially booked was not available and Jim communicated to us that they had one available on the lower level. I think it was even better that we didn't get one on the top floor. Our unit had its own terrace and back door that would take us straight to the beach. The unit had been renovated 4 months ago hence it was brand new. The only thing we didn't manage was to control the temperature of the showers. Besides that, rooms were functional, kitchen/living/dinning area were a bit tight but that didn't matter to us as we had breakfast every morning in the terrace and were on the beach almost all day. Beach towels and linens were provided. I liked that it had a line to dry our clothes outside, AC units in each bedroom, all cooking utensils needed, silverware, glassware, etc. The unit is key-less so no need to worry about losing the keys. You enter a code and doors open/lock themselves. Brilliant! The condo is about 4 blocks from the downtown. Very convenient and safe neighborhood. It also has a pool and accessibility to beach chairs, kayaks, life vests, snorkeling gear, toys, bikes, etc. We are already planning another mini-vacation in Puerto Morelos, hopefully there will be availability during the dates we have in mind. We really LOVED this place. Hope to bring family/friends next time we are in town. 100% recommended!!

Neuwertiges Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern und WLAN

Das Objekt liegt im Norden von Puerto Morelos, etwas abseits vom ganz großen Trubel. Alles macht einen recht neuen und sehr ordentlichen Eindruck. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmaessig und es werden umfangreiche Küchenutensilien zur Verfügung gestellt. Es gibt nicht nur zwei Schlafzimmer (1 x Doppelbett und 2 x Einzelbetten), sondern auch zwei Badezimmer, so dass dieses Appartement sehr zweckmaeßig für eine Familie mit ein oder zwei Kindern ist. Ebenfalls gehört eine Art Terrasse in Form einer Arkade dazu, obgleich das Appartement im 2. Stock liegt. Entfernung zum Strand ca. 100 m und zum Zentrum ca. 400-500 m, kann man leicht alles zu Fuß oder mit vom Vermieter unentgeltlich zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrraedern erreichen. Der Vermieter Jim ist sehr freundlich und völlig unkompliziert, wir hatten eine kurze Einweisung in die Raeumlichkeiten und das war's auch schon, sehr angenehm. Auf den Punkt gebracht: Wer eine Ferienwohnung in der geschaetzten Größe um die 75 qmtr.in Puerto Morelos sucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir würden das Objekt jederzeit wieder mieten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen dabei und um selbigen vor dem Haus zu parken, braucht es tagsüber manchmal etwas Geduld, weil viele Tagesbesucher möglichst dicht am Strand parken wollen. Mit einsetzender Daemmerung entspannt sich die Situation aber deutlich und ein Parkplatz am Haus ist dann kein Problem.

Perfect

My husband, daughter and her husband spent 9 days, including Christmas at this lovely condo. We each had our own bathroom. There is a full, well equipped kitchen and living area. We all enjoyed the outdoor deck. Jim, his wife Theresa, and son Eric were there to answer any questions we had and made us feel very comfortable. The unit is a 2 minute walk to the beach and a nice distance to town that we enjoyed after dinner each evening. The town has undergone some positive changes in the past couple of years and we were very happy to return.
