Je ne suis pas adepte des avis négatifs. Maintenant il est important de prévenir les futurs locataires que le rapport qualité prix ne convient pas pour cette location. Certes il y a des éléments positifs (terrasse, vue, literie, propreté, machine à laver, réactivité agence). Toutefois ils ne suffisent pas face au manque de soin apporté à l'accueil, car la rentabilité prime clairement sur le confort qui demanderait qq dépenses. Les gâteaux/caramel bretons et la réactivité de l'agence ne peuvent compenser le fait qu'il y a des choses qui manquent (absence détecteur de fumée), dysfonctionnent (vous arrivez avec l'info que l'ascenseur peut tomber en panne, portes frigo et freezer) ou cassent (l'unique transat à peine 24h après être arrivé et le volet roulant de la baie vitrée durant la semaine). Tout cela sans gêne, excuse, ni le moindre geste commercial.Heureusement que cette destination du Pouldu est un pur bonheur.De façon secondaire, un plateau, des verres à pieds, un petit aspirateur (les animaux sont acceptés), le Wi-Fi, seraient appréciables avec ce tarif.Enfin, il n'y a pas de chambre, concernant ce qui est noté sur l'annonce.

Très bon séjour concernant l'environnement et la vue. En revanche, l'annonce fait état d'une chambre alors que c'est un studio et le couchage est un clic clac, la propreté n'était pas du tout au rendez vous, sur le balcon un guéridon de 50 cm de diamètre et 2 petites chaises en bois, un parasol qui ne tient pas debout et qui tient ouvert avec une ficelle. C'est de l'argent facilement gagné par le propriétaire avec ce genre de location et je suis fortement déçue.
