Family reunion

Have property in Rendevous and rented this for family for more beds and space. Worked perfectly.

Winter Park Spring Break

Good experience. Having washer and dryer was nice and same with the hot tub. Driveway and pathway cleared so it was easy to get to the front door. Cookware was in good condition as well. My only complaint would be the front door was very sticky and hard to open. We never tried the shuttle bus to the ski resort, just drove to the parking garage daily, so I can’t comment on that experience. Would rent from again.

Great location and customer service, not a great property

We have had long-term rentals in Rendezvous for years. The location is perfect -- we XC ski on the Rendezvous/Idlewild trails most every day, and get to the hill a few times a week as well. We love the neighborhood. This property was, however, the least comfortable we've experienced. It has an odd smell. The cupboards are dirty and some are smelly. There are ages-old supplies in them (e.g., rancid cooking oil). Most storage areas are locked and unavailable (pantry, coat closet, garage, master closet). Cupboard space is full. We were there for 2+ weeks and had our non-refrigerated food on the bookshelves in the dining area. The basement has no lighting in the family room, and little furniture. The carpets are dirty and need stretching. The dining table has a plastic tablecloth on it. Upsides: LOCATION (just a few feet from the Meadows trail, literally ski out the door), the hot tub was clean and lovely, the master bed was very comfortable, and the linens were nice as well as clean. Basement sleeping areas are nice. Sky Run was very responsive when we had trouble with the TV -- sent a kind repair person almost right away.
