Take a quick, free shuttle ride to Winter Park Resort, drive to the nearby sledding hills or stroll to the town. Our home is walking distance to nearby family-friendly activities, great restaurants, unique boutiques, an outdoor music arena, a kids climbing wall, and skate park in the town of Winter Park. Winter is the perfect season to visit Winter Park due to the abundance of fresh powder, excellent terrain for all skill levels, and Blue Bird (fresh snow, sunshine and blue sky) ski days. If snowboarding and skiing are not your thing, our home is also a quick jaunt away from the bowling alley, local brew pubs as well as a fishing pond, kids playground, and stunning mountain ranges which is ideal for rejuvenating and relaxing the soul.

Three story, gorgeous hardwood floors, gas fireplace, and soft carpeting makes our home an elegant mountain retreat. 3 bedrooms with plush bedding, 3.5 bathrooms, we very comfortably sleep 8. Each bedroom is situated on its own level, and has a private, full en-suite bathroom with an additional powder room off of the living room. Every floor has a quiet and separate outdoor deck perfect for enjoying a beer, wine or a hot cocoa after a fun day mountain skiing, boarding, snowshoeing, sledding or any number of recreational activities. Full size washer/dryer in the home, full private garage and parking for additional vehicle in partially covered driveway. We also offer a beautiful romantic private 2 person hot tub ideal for stargazing.

Our home has 3 bedrooms with plush bedding, 3.5 bathrooms, and blackout cellular shades ideal for a good night's sleep. Ideally located less than 1/2 mile from downtown Winter Park and a short shuttle ride away from Winter Park Resort, our townhome is an outdoorsman's paradise. 3 pair of adult snowshoes, 1 pair of child snowshoes, and kids sleds are available for guest use on the nearby hills and trails. Spikeball and Bocce Ball are provided for summer family-fun outside! The Rendezvous neighborhood features Hideaway Park and the Rendezvous Event Center featuring a kids sledding hill, a playground featuring a climbing wall, and multiple summer concerts and festivals is only about 1 mile away. Grand Park Community Recreation center is less than 1 mile away featuring a 30-foot climbing wall, 20-foot loop slide, lazy river, hot tub, full weight and cardio room, fitness classes, and much more. We are also a short walk away from some of Winter Park's best restaurants and nightlife. The free Lift shuttles runs throughout the neighborhood with access to Winter Park Resort and area attractions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. SHUTTLE SERVICE: Free Resort shuttle stops throughout the neighborhood and accesses Winter Park's world class skiing as well as shopping dining, and nightlife. (Red Line Rendezvous Rd. stop 0.3 miles up and 0.3 miles down Rendezvous road, Blue Line Hi Country Haus stops less than 80 yards directly downhill) For night on-call or para-transit call the Resort Dispatch Office. Download the The Lift Rider APP from the APP Store to find your shuttle bus in real time.

2. PARKING: There is parking for 2 vehicles: 1 vehicle can be parked in the private one car garage. One car can be parked in the partially covered driveway in front of the garage. There are also pay-for-parking options at Winter Park Resort and free covered parking in the parking garage at Cooper Creek Square in downtown Winter Park.

3. GROCERY STORES: It is fairly easy to go grocery shopping. The free shuttle can get you to both of the grocery stores: Safeway in Fraser is about 2 miles away and Fireside Market is perhaps 1 miles away. Both are on the shuttle route, or a quick drive away.

4. TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS: It is possible to visit Winter Park on the train directly from Denver or Denver International Airport, or by the airport shuttle, while others drive up in a rental car. Many people rent a car in case they want to go see other points of interest in the area, like the tubing hills in Fraser, Rocky Mountain National Park, the Hot Springs in Hot Sulphur Springs or a quick trip to the casinos in Black Hawk. The free shuttle can get you to the grocery stores and tubing hills but you will need a taxi or a rental car to get to the Hot Spring or Black Hawk.
