Brand new upgrades include Pottery Barn furniture, two new bunk beds/mattresses, and a king memory foam bed. Upstairs is a master bedroom/bathroom, along with a separate loft/media area. Main level includes the bunk room (2 bunk beds) and another bedroom as well as a recently updated bathroom with shower/bathtub. Perfect for families or couples.

The Neighbood- Winter activists include skiing at Winter Park/Mary Jane Resort (10 minutes away), cross country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and tubing (both resort and private options close by). Summer activists include all the options available at the base of Winter Park Resort (mountain biking, alpine slide, and lots of options for the kids), hiking and mountain biking trails are all walking/riding distance from the house, boating on Lake Granby, or checking out Rocky Mountain National Park. All seasons you can enjoy a fabulous recreation center (Fraser Valley Rec Center) only 5 minutes from the house.

Getting Around- There is a free city bus line that runs between Fraser and Winter Park!

Sleeping arrangements- queen in the master bedroom, main floor king, two sets of bunk beds in the third bedroom.

(The owners private apartment is on-site above the garage. This is not our primary residence, but we could be staying there at any time. The mudroom is a shared entry space.)
