Chic and casual property facing the sea in the heart of Roscoff
Roscoff Beach House is located in the heart of Roscoff, 20 meters from the beaches of Rockroum and Saint-Luc, and the thalasso. The house has been completely renovated and faces the sea. Comfortable and luxurious, the 7 rooms have each their bathroom and private toilets, except the 2 rooms on the 2nd floor which share a bathroom and separate toilet. There is a garden, parking and 2 terraces. It is the ideal place for holidays with family or friends. The location is unique in this sought-after corsair city.
Roscoff Beach House is the only house in Roscoff that can accommodate 14 people and has high quality services. Facing the sea, just 20 meters to be on the beach of Rockroum (supervised beach in summer). The property has a large car park that can accommodate up to 4 cars. The Roscoff SNCF train station is only 12 minutes walk (900 meters). The shops, numerous restaurants and the old port are within 5 minutes walk. It is possible to park your car and do everything on foot or by bike.
The ground floor consists of a large living room bathed in light with a lounge and TV corner, a dining room with a large table 4 meters long, an American kitchen with all the utensils and crockery necessary to concoct meals and barbecues, a large room (bed 200 x 200 cm) with its bathroom and its private toilets, a laundry room, a guest toilet. Large French windows give access to the two terraces.
The first floor consists of 4 suites each with their own bathroom and private toilet. The beds are all 180 x 200 cm in size.
The second floor is composed of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and double vanity, separate toilet and office area.
The property is totally secured by a fenced garden.
The price includes of course all the sheets in organic cotton. The beds are made for your arrival. It only remains to enjoy!
