L'appartement est situé au rez de chaussée face à la mer - la vue est splendide. L'équipement est au top : tout y est - lave vaisselle, machine à café à capsule - climatisation, etc.. La résidence est placée idéalement pour se prélasser sur la plage des raisins clairs. De plus, sur place on trouve une excellente boulangerie, une superette, un coiffeur, un resto de plage, un resto de burger, etc... Nous avons passé un super séjour ! merci encore.

Der ultimative Erholungsort

Herzlicher Empfang durch Catherine. Das Apartment ist für zwei Personen ideal. Kleines, feines gut gekühltes Schlafzimmer, großer Wohnküche mit riesiger Terrassentür, so dass man auch bei Wind - der schon mal auf der Terrasse heftig wehen kann - trotzdem fast auf der Terrasse sitzt. Die Füße (fast) im Wasser stimmt absolut. Zweimal umfallen und man ist im Wasser, herrliche Strandspaziergänge fast ohne Menschen sind zu jeder Tageszeit möglich. Im Meer gibt es einige Seeigel, doch ca. 300 m von der Wohnung entfert ist es gefahrlos zu baden, sonst einfach Badeschuhe einpacken. In der Anlage gibt es für jeden Urlauber einen fixen Parkplatz. Es gibt einen Pool mit Liegen, der direkt in der Mitte der Anlage steht. Ein kleiner Laden und eine hervorragende Bäckerei sind für Selbstversorger wirklich toll. Wer einen absolut erholsamen Urlaub machen will, ist dort genau richtig. Ein Auto mietet man sich ja sowieso, ohne Auto kommt man halt nicht herum, der Ort ist jedoch auch für wirkliche Entspannungsaufenthalte sehr gut geeignet. In der Wohnung selbst ist alles liebevoll - niemals kitschig - dekoriert. Es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, Sitzgelegenheiten, 2 Sofas, wer will auch 2 Fernseher. Für Familien mit Kindern gibt es zwei große Boxen mit einer Schnorchelausrüstung und Sandspielzeug. Die Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler sind im Urlaub schon äußerst praktisch, auch beides vorhanden. Es stehen Hand- und Duschtücher, Geschirrtücher und auch Badetücher für die Liegen auf der Terrasse zur Verfügung. sehr praktisch. Wenn man Fragen hat oder Hilfe braucht ist Catherine gleich nebenan und unterstützt, niemals aufdringlich, aber einfach da, wenn man sie braucht. Eine einzige Anregung haben wir: Auf der Terrasse geht nun doch mal recht heftiger Wind, so dass man nicht entspannt sitzen kann. Da wäre eine kleine Holztrennwand auch als Sichtschutz zu den unmittelbaren Nachbarn hilfreich und wann würde nicht "vom Winde verweht". Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter und kommen auch gerne mal wieder. Wir haben uns ausgezeichnet erholt. Catherine vielen Dank für alles, merci et à bientot. Marion und Andreas

Le paradis sur la plage

L'apartement est situé directement au bord de la mer. Très bien equippé, idéal pour les familles avec enfants. Les proprietaires sont just à coté en cas de besoin. Difficile trouver mieux.

Au-delà des attentes...

Excellente location conforme aux photos. L'emplacement en bord de mer est magique et au delà des attentes. Les proprios sont très sympathiques et nous ont donné d'excellents conseils. L appartement est tres propre et tranquille. Il y a aussi le petit déjeuner offert pour le premier matin et la plage à deux minutes. L,appartement dispose d une belle terrasse avec table et chaises idéal pour les repas et d un auvent lorsque le soleil frappe. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner. Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de ce logement avec vue directe sur la mer, la pointe des Châteaux et l'île de Marie Galante. C'est un endroit calme, reposant et confortable. Nous avons aussi aimé l'accueil chaleureux de Cathy et de Lucien. Endroit à retourner assurément!

Superbes vacances sur St François

Arrivée sur St François en retard et sous la pluie , nous avons reçu un super accueil des propriétaires , très disponibles pour rendre notre séjour des plus agréable. Un grand merci à eux deux ! Quant au logement, tout est parfaitement conforme aux photos de l'annonce .Super emplacement en bord de mer , très bien équipé, très propre , bonne literie .Bonne situation géographique pour visiter toute la Guadeloupe. L'appartement est très bien situé en bord de mer dans un petit complexe. Il est confortable tres bien equipe, joliment meublé avec des lits très confortable. Si vous voulez, vous pouvez aller presque au village le long de la plage. Le propriétaire, notamment Cathy, sont très gentils et serviables, sans être envahissant. Nous avons le temps, il a connu (dans un très Guadeloupe) et reviendrons certainement. Ruth & Peter

très belles vacances

Nous venons de passer de passer 2 très bonnes semaines dans ce bel Appartement, Celui-ci est bien plus spacieux que sur les photos, et le Placement est idéal. Nous avons beaucoup profité des 2 piscines ainsi que de la mer qui est vraiment à quelques mètres. La propriétaire est sur place, et toujours à Disposition en cas de questions quelconques, mais cependant très discrète. Merci beaucoup pour l´invitation au scroub et à la soupe au champagne le soir de la saint sylvestre. Séjour à recommander absolument, on reviendra... Famille Ernenw.., Allemagne
