SERENITY HOUSE at Seaside Beach: Have you ever wanted to stay in that home you saw in a magazine? Then you will love this newly renovated home that towers over the others with a view from every floor! Located at the end of the Promenade on the Northside of Seaside, this house is gorgeous and waiting for guests. The home has so many sleeping options for your party of 12 with four bedrooms, one family room with bunk beds, and three and a half bathrooms. One room is a massive bunk room for the kiddos, 2 Queen rooms and a King room, another is on the third floor with a King bed and sweeping views of the Beach and Pacific Ocean. The kitchen is a chef’s dream and the living room is what family togetherness is all about. The pictures are worth a thousand words, so enjoy the photos and book your stay.

By booking in advance, you are supporting the thirty families that work within our company. We appreciate you and hope you’ll consider us for your business. We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.

Note: From 6/26 - 9/4 this home will have a 7 night minimum coming in on Sunday of each week. Bookings made on any other day of the week will be subject to cancellation unless guest can stay Sunday to Sunday.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.
