SPECTACULAR OCEANFRONT VIEWS!!! Breathtaking views of Nantucket Sound on a shared/private beach. This home has three bedrooms, all with new mattresses with adjustable bases (2025 Season), and an additional sleeper sofas in the upstairs living area, sleeping a total of eight. The downstairs living space has new couches with expandable trundles for comfortable lounging and entertaining and new tv; sliders opening up to a deck with ocean front seating and a gas grill. Off the kitchen is an additional dining area with a corner window giving you more views of the ocean. The master bedroom has its own full bath with stand up shower. Enjoy your coffee on either the top floor or main floor deck, or on the paved patio. You're COD LIVING AT IT'S BEST!!!

The house came with all described in the listing. We were pleasantly surprised because there were many things that must have been left from other guests like paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, tissues. We rented linens and while we could have brought our own, this was so convenient. We would come back here again in a heartbeat. Martha Murray was great to work with and made the process easy.

Everyone appreciated the updates made to this home - new mattresses and couches. The weather wasn't the best, but the ease of working with Martha Murray Rentals is awesome. It's simple and responsive. And the property owners have made the home comfy and inviting. Although our family size is increasing, we rent multiple spots and this is Home to all each day. Let's not forget the sun, sand and ocean makes it perfect!!

Family Friendly Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a beach vacation, and this house exceeded our expectations. The private sandy beach provided us with hours of play and leisure time for the family. Being on stilts the house shaded us, so we could enjoy the beach and avoid the sun. The waves were gentle enough for young kids to play and swim in. Having a toddler and infant with us, we greatly appreciated the easy access to the house from the beach, and we loved the convenient outdoor shower. We enjoyed eating outdoors on the spacious main floor deck and soaking in the views from the upstairs deck. The rooms and bathrooms were modern, clean and seemingly newly renovated. Although the kitchen is narrow, it is well stocked with plenty of cooking necessities. Other helpful amenities were the air-conditioning, the washer and dryer, the grill, and lots of sand toys. Two cars fit fine in the driveway. We didn't need to leave the house for any activities because all the fun was right there. We would highly recommend this house, and we plan to return again.

Who wouldn't like to walk down a flight of stairs and have your toes land in sand and ocean breezes, The home is beautiful and though we spent more time on the beach, we still appreciated the coziness of the inside. Working with Martha Murphy Rentals has made it hard to rent from other websites, rentals. They are very responsive to questions and the drive thru pick up and drop off of rental keys is the best!! We will used them again next year with another vacation at the "house on the stilts" as we call it.
