With stunning views of Nantucket Sound and 100 feet of private beach, Sound View has two, 3-bedroom, 1,200 sf units, each accommodating six. Each unit has heat and air conditioning, with wireless high speed internet, washer and dryer. They are decorated in a charming nautical style, with grey/white/navy colors, beadboard walls, new white kitchens with breakfast bars, new beds, and upholstered furniture. Also, a wall of windows and sliders provides stunning views of the beach and ever-changing Cape skyline.

Step off your deck onto a child friendly beach with shallow, calm and warm ocean water only 50 feet away. Enjoy panoramic vistas of both the sunrise and sunset on one of your two decks overlooking the beach. Located on a vibrant seasonal street that hosts runners, bikers, dog walkers, and parents and grandparents pushing babies in strollers. This Dennisport property is unlike any others you may have rented. Start building family memories at Sound View – combining the Cape Cod of yesteryear with the Cape Cod of today.

It could have used a few more pots and potholders. The view was amazing and a quiet area. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The only negative was the renters above us came in late and were loud. There was not much of a noise buffer on the floors. They also smoked pot out on the deck and the smell traveled to our outside deck. Kind of spoiled the beautiful salt air

We really enjoyed staying at the unit, which is wonderfully right on the beach. Only one issue was the hallway bathroom smelled like urine even after I sanitized it. Reviewer Comments: the complaints we have are the living room chairs are uncomfortable, there should be shelves in the bathrooms, a much bigger bureau in the master bedroom cause we stay where we have more clothes then the summer, and why didn't the owner combine the two decks so we could fit more people on them to be comfortable. odd how that is. oh and another picnic table please because the other one got lost in the storm last year. other than those things, we love, love, love our cape cod home. right on the water how could you not??!!!!!!

It’s has a great beach and beautiful view , it feels like your floating on the water with all the picture windows . We stayed on the 1 rst floor which made it easy for my elderly parents to access the beach easily , the house was very roomy and fit us all very comfortably. Some of the furniture could be updated and some things need repairing in the house for the price you pay for the week . They advertise a picnic table to be shared with the unit upstairs which I thought would be hard to do , but when we got there , there was no picnic table at all . No table to sit at outside . I think for the price you pay for the house they could have more amenities for the house . Overall we liked the place but would have preferred some outdoor seating .
