We loved our stay here! Very clean and perfect for families. The house had everything we needed and it was very close to Ted’s bakery. Quick 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute drive to Sharks cove.

Our second visit here and we loved it. The house is so comfortable and easy. The beaches in walking distance are gorgeous. Ted’s bakery is 1/2 block away with amazing mac chocolate pie! Excellent stay all around!

We had an amazing time at Rick’s place. It was as described plus 100X more. Rick was very helpful, friendly, and quick in communication. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The house had everything that we needed. It was extremely comfortable and clean. This was gold standard for vacation rental and we will definitely come back. The house was close to all the famous attractions mentioned on TikTok and instagram.

First and foremost, a heartfelt mahalo to our hosts, Rick and his wife, for a truly wonderful stay. Their North Shore home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located right off Kam Hwy. We loved spending our mornings on the front patio deck, enjoying coffee and breakfast together before starting our day. While you do hear some traffic from the highway during the day, it didn't bother us at all, and it becomes completely quiet and peaceful at night. The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout was perfect for our party of 4 adults. The primary bedroom features an ensuite and sliding door access to the backyard (perfect for morning stretches), while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom right off the kitchen. The living space had plenty of room for us to hangout. The home is fully stocked with beach essentials, including chairs, an ice chest, and rollable beach rugs. We utilized every corner of this wonderful space. Thank you both for making this trip back to our 'second home' so incredibly memorable!

We loved our stay! Access to so many different beaches on the north shore, within 10-20mins. Rick was a very welcoming host too! Lots of towels, which was great for beach time. There was also boogie boards, goggles and a surf board that we could borrow too. This made going to the beach so much fun! There is also an outdoor shower that was great for rinsing off all the sand after coming back from the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Rick was an excellent host and got us sorted quickly. Nice restful evening with all the essentials. Easy to get to beach access with beautiful views. Road was a little loud at peak times but not enough to deter a return visit.

Second time staying in Rick’s place and we absolutely love it. Perfect place for a family. We won’t stay anywhere else on the north shore. Perfect location. Short walk to Ted’s and Sunset beach. Short drive to the food trucks and Laie. The house has everything you need in the kitchen and on the beach. We absolutely love it.

Rick was great, the home is close to the beach but also right on Kam highway. It was a little loud sitting on the front porch but couldn’t hear it once you got inside. All of the kitchen, bathroom, and beach supplies you could need.
