Beautiful Berck house of 80m ² very bright very well located and quiet (100m from the beach and 150m from downtown on a street with very little passage). Closed course that can accommodate 2 cars. Wooden terrace behind the house of 15m ² and 1 outbuilding with 5 bicycles at disposal, games of beaches, deckchairs, barbecue, outside shower, table and chairs of garden ...

In the kitchen, 1 large table, a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, 3-drawer freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, 4 burner gas stove, large dishes and large cookware ...). Room very welcoming with space, enough to spend pleasant moments with family or friends.
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin, storage, electric towel dryer, washer dryer, hair dryer.
- Separate WC.

Pads, pillows and duvets are new. Bed linen and towels are not provided.
All windows are double glazed. The paintings are new, the house 100% renovated (boiler with new gas, new electricity).

Very large beach of fine sand, come to make sand yachting, speed-sail, kit-surf, windsurf board, kites, catamaran ... and the walks seaside to see the seals ... Berck on Mer holds the label Famille + and Station Nautique.

Very nice stay in Berck

We enjoyed our long weekend in Berck. The house is in the village and the sea, shops and restaurants are very close by. We walked on the beach, visited Touquet and the Louvre Lens. Communication with our host was very good an easy.

Check in easy with key box. Host was perfect, good messages and felt she was there if we needed her. The house is lovely and location is perfect for walking to town shops and beach. We did have to do a little cleaning at the start of our holiday but we would probably do that anyway. The stairs are narrow, my husband did fall on them but that’s the nature of an old French house. Would definitely recommend.

De longue promenades, le long de l'esplanade, sur le sable, vers la baie d'Authie, visite aux phoques. Reposant malgré le temps mais en octobre-novembre on y va pas pour le soleil. La tempête Ciaran et ses 130 km/h, décoiffant !

Nous avons passé un agreable week-end dans cette maison tout à côté de la plage, de la baie d Authie et de ses phoques. Le logement est également à deux pas du centre ville. Tres pratique. Interieur agreable. Merci aux propriétaires toujours disponibles par SMS si besoin.
