We especially enjoyed the yard and the back porch room - saw 6 indigo buntings one morning up close and personal in the tree out the window. It was the perfect spot for us to stay and was very close to the wedding venue.

The property felt like a peaceful home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a place 9f respite that we needed. The kids loved the game room. The host was very communicative and even offered late check out-- which allowed us a slow pace morning and time with family.

Great older home, worked well for our family gathering! Lots of open space for the kids and the dogs loved it as well. David is an outstanding host that tries to ensure any issues are taken care of promptly. Works well for handicapped travelers as well, my elderly dad enjoyed the place and could get around pretty well despite his struggles with ambulation. Fair pricing, and nice central location to Franklin if you have an event in town. Thanks David!

The place was perfect for 5 guys on a motorcycle trip to the mountains with a large garage to easily fit all the bikes to keep them out of the weather. Plenty of room to spread out in the living room for movie nights and sun room for morning coffee. The host provided great communication before and during the stay. Definitely plan to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Reagan House. It was easy to find and very convenient to the highway, to downtown Franklin and to hiking. Our daughter loved the game room downstairs. Wonderful place to stay.

We had a great time! It was a little bit hard to find the driveway on the first approach, but after the first time, it wasn’t bad. It was a little bit, spooky on motorcycles because of the grade, but it was safe and once we got used to, it was fine. We did not use the barbecue grill because it was too far from the kitchen to be practical for us.

Randall, I took your input and trimmed some of the trees and bushes near the drive so the entrance can be seen better. I also put a new picnic table by the grills. I will consider moving the grill to the right of the garage.

Everything was perfect for a family adventure! If you're looking for a welcoming environment in a homie home .... Where family can relax and play together, than this home is beautiful! The owners were so kind and had everything in perfect condition, with even Christmas decorations to welcome is to the environment. We loved our stay!
