Large independent stone farmhouse, quality renovation, with 4 bedrooms:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed 140x190
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x190 and a single bed 90x190
- 1 parental suite of 30m2 with room of water, double basin, Italian shower, TOILET and a dressing.
- Another bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. - In the vaulted room, a relaxation area with a billiard room
- A lounge with a TV and an upstairs office on the mezzanine.
- Modern kitchen with upscale amenities (5 burner stove with 2 ovens, American fridge, with ice maker and wine cellar, microwave), which overlooks the large covered terrace with outdoor bar and barbecue Weber gas.
- a scullery with sink, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a food processor.
You can also enjoy the sun on the various terraces and swim in the private swimming pool salt 4x12 meters which is also equipped with an outdoor shower.

Ein Traumhaus in einer traumhaften Umgebung
Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt auf einem riesigen Grundstück abseits vom Touristenrummel. Und die Ausstattung ist top: ein herrlicher Pool, Tischkicker, Trampolin, Billardtisch, Grill im Garten,.... Die Vermieterin war super nett und trotz Corona war das "Ein- und Auschecken" völlig problemlos. Ausflugsziele sind von diesem Ort aus in alle Richtungen gut und schnell erreichbar. Der nächste Ort ist gut 1km entfernt und bietet dort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!!!

Very private and in a fantastic location
We had a fantastic 2 week stay at this property. The owner was there to meet us upon arrival and was more than happy to meet us to allow an early departure at the end of our stay.
The house is completely tucked away and extremely private, yet only a short walk from the centre of the town. Barjac is a beautiful town that offers fantastic places to eat, drink, shop or just hang out. The Friday morning market is bustling and offers a great opportunity to buy from local producers.
The house has everything that one could need and we literally did not want for anything during our stay. The automatic ice machine in the fridge was a god send!
The property is ideally located to take advantage of the many activities the Ardèche region has to offer - Kayaking, Via Ferrata, Parcour and Canyoning all accessible and within an hour's drive.
Overall, a great place to stay and we had a fantastic holiday.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Ein außergewöhnliches Haus mit sehr viel Stilgefühl renoviert und allem modernen Komfort. Es hat Spaß gemacht, die vielen Design-Objekte zu erkunden im naturbelassenen Steinhaus. Das riesige Grundstück mit dem großem Pool ist super zur Stadt gelegen und dennoch absolut ruhig und total entspannend. Toller Aufenthalt, sympathische Vermieterin, alles problemlos. Danke, und gerne wieder einmal!

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances excellente dans cette maison!
L'intérieur est parfaitement équipé (chambres, cuisine, salles de bain) et la décoration est vraiment soignée. Pour un groupe de 8 jeunes, nous avons bien profité de la table de billard, de la piscine, du grand terrain autour de la maison ou encore de la piste de pétanque. Tous nos repas et nos soirées ont été très agréables grâce à la terrasse couverte et à sa grande table conviviale.
À quelques minutes en voiture, le petit village de Barjac compte plein de petits cafés et restaurants sympas pas trop chers. Dans les environs, il y a aussi d'autres petits villages typiques à visiter et les Gorges de l'Ardèche ne sont pas loin du tout si vous voulez faire du kayak.
Les responsables de la maison ont été très sympathiques avec nous.
Bref, de très bonnes vacances bien qu'un peu courtes! Nous reviendrons certainement

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine entre amis et avec 4 enfants dans cette très agréable maison : au calme, sans aucun vis à vis, très confortable et aménagée avec soin et goût. Très bons équipements : grande piscine, barbecue de qualité, table dehors bien conçue pour les repas à l'abri de la chaleur. Tout le monde a apprécié le repos et la tranquillité !

Un séjour magnifique dans un lieu idyllique. On se met en déconnexion total, au sein de cette belle nature avec comme seul bruit de fond , le chant des cigales. Le Mas est rénové avec beaucoup de goût , une belle piscine. Que demander de plus ? Rien .... On ne voulait plus repartir. Et c'est certain on va y revenir.
