This beautiful Keys home has just been completely renovated with new kitchen, bathrooms, tile, the works. All new furniture and appliances. One of the best streets in Key Colony Beach within walking distance of the Captain Jacks Restaurant and the Glunz Hotel.

Beautiful home includes complimentary access to The Cabana Club steps away you will enjoy Olympic size pool, hot tub, beautiful sandy beach, food, and drinks overlooking the ocean.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed , TV, and walk-in bathroom. The master bathroom is spacious with walk-in shower and private entrance to exterior. The Second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a day bed. Hall bathroom has a shower/tub .

Beautiful new kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. Bar top counter seats 5. Large living area with sofa and chairs with large new tv. Back yard has a large patio overlooking the canal and views of the inlet. It is only 2 houses from the end of the canal.

Front of house easily accommodates two cars with room on side for boat trailer. 30 ft Dock can easily fit most boats. Overall length including engines must NOT exceed 30’.

Minimum Rental Stay is 7 days.

Nice and comfortable place. Key Colony has some rules that you want to be aware of prior to staying here. Nothing significant, just small stuff such as there is no mail or FedEx/UPS/Etc. But that’s ok or you can order the items and then pick them up from USPS/FedEx/UPS office. Other than that, fitting a 28’ boat is tight and you can’t lift your engine as the dock is barely 30’ Outside of those two items; place was clean, well stocked, back yard was nice, Cabana Club was a bit tacky yet still nice. We enjoyed our almost three weeks here and would come back again!

Great 4th of July week!!!

Great property and location. For either 2 couples or small family, this is a perfect vacation home. This home also accommodates a small boat if you choose to bring yours. This home also provides club access at the beach side which is a great perk. Home has all necessities for the cook and plenty of towels for the bathrooms. A great stay- thank you. Oh and one more very important detail....it’s pet friendly. Our four legged family member had a blast.

Paradise

The place looked exactly like in the pictures, beautifully decorated and had everything you need. I was surprised to see the paddle board as I knew about the kayak. Always great to have the toys 😉The location is great with the Key Colony Club up the street which had music poolside on Sunday. I also liked that is was only four units away from the inlet so we sat on the deck in the morning watching the boats go out. I definitely would recommended it. Sandy was a doll to work with, always answered any questions. Thanks Sandy

Trip of a Lifetime

A trip of a life time! We stayed at the KCB Angler retreat for 4 nights and it was truly a fishing paradise. We were able to catch many Cobia and Wahoo the days we were there. My boyfriend and I were able to dock our 20 foot MAKO behind the house with no problems. Each morning, before we would head out for our day of spearfishing, we would enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio and watch the sun come up over the canal. Once back from a long hot day, we were able to relax in the clean and comfortable home that the wonderful hosts provided. When it came to dinner we were able to use the newly renovated kitchen too cook our catch of the day. I would definitely recommend staying this beautiful home. It was truly a paradise.

WONDERFUL STAY & WONDERFUL HOSTS!!! The communication was fabulous along with the accommodations. The space is wonderful for a family Lots of room to move around with ample comfortable places to sleep. Home is well stocked with every-day items one would use. The evenings are fabulous with the views over the canal. Home is in a great neighborhood where you can feel safe leaving something outside. I would highly recommend this property and these generous and wonderful hosts.

Amazing and Beautiful Home!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this house for a few days. Key Colony Beach is the single best location in all of the Florida Keys and this house was amazing. The house was completely renovated in 2018 with new kitchen, appliances, including a new washer and dryer. The kitchen was also well stocked which is very important to us. We brought our 20' boat since the house has an ample dock. Every night we enjoyed a cold beverage and watched the sunset over the canal. We are definitely going to be coming back.
