- Bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the home for privacy
- Master: King bed
- Guest: 1 Queen bed + 1 Twin bed
- Fully equipped kitchen – all the essentials to cook at home
- Screened porch area with washer & dryer
Additional Amenities
-Comcast cable & internet
- Outdoor space for relaxing after a day on the water
Maximum occupancy: 5 guests (200 sq. ft. per person per city rules)
Rental Information
- Saturday check-in ONLY (after 4 PM)
- Saturday check-out ONLY (by 10 AM)
- 7-night minimum stay required
- One boat trailer allowed on property

$200 pet fee (1 small non-shedding dog allowed; no cats)
