Elegant Florida Keys direct ocean access and some open water views from the dock and balcony. This property is single family elevated home, the downstairs portion of the home is a storage facility. All rooms and bathrooms are upstairs. 40 foot dock with 4 cleats. Large driveway, parking for at least 6 cars, trailer and RV. 75' of waterfront with wood dock. Private Pool ,For fisherman it is 3 minutes away from open ocean. Square Feet: 1408. Brand new appliances and air conditioning. The house brings a queen air mattress fits well in bedroom number 1 or living room. Washer/Dryer, Barbecue in the backyard. Near many attractions, restaurants, beaches (Sombrero Beach 3 miles down), commercial facilities, grocery stores & local airport. Mile Marker 52.
1 hour from Key West. Key West is an island in the Straits of Florida on the North American continent, at the southernmost tip of the Florida Keys. The island is about 90 miles (140 km) from Cuba.

The backyard is spacious and perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the Atlantic Ocean breeze.


The sand bar is 8 minutes from house,and the 7 mile bridge with restaurant's accessible by sea, a mere 15-20 minutes away.

Perfect Keys Destination

Maria is a great host. The house is incredible. The location is perfect. You have a beach in your backyard if you like to avoid crowds. There are two gorgeous beaches nearby if you prefer the sand and that atmosphere. The saltwater pool is quite refreshing. We rented a boat, docked it at the house, and ocean access is seconds away. The house is clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Lots of wild life on the canal. We will be back!

Great Stay

The neighborhood was quiet. Although the house is on a canal, it's pretty family friendly. The house is fairly equipped with everything you need. From the kitchen being stocked (aside from groceries), to the toiletries. There was a bonus that we didn't know of. A hot tub was on the property! The communication was never a problem. The owners were very accommodating. They even allowed my small dog to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed this stay and if we ever go back to Marathon, we'll be staying again.

We had a great time on our family vacation! The home was clean and perfectly located. 5 minutes to the nearest sandbar and 15 minutes to get offshore for fishing. The pool was perfect for the kids. Maria was very helpful. Will stay again next year!

Maria and her family met us at the house to show us where everything was and how to get in. They have kayaks and bikes that we greatly appreciated being able to use. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub felt great after a long day of fishing. Great house, awesome host!

Everything was wonderful!

We had an amazing time at this property. The host are awesome, they truly went above and beyond for us! Made my husbands 40th birthday memorable. They were very responsive and answered any questions we had before and during our stay. The house had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect, so many great restaurants near by. We spent our mornings kayaking, our days on the water and our evenings in the hot tub. The convenience of the boat dock attached to the home was amazing! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice home on the water.

Very comfortable recenly remodeled home with ocean views.

Property owners were wonderful to work with, very accommodating and helpful. Owner offers his boat and guide services for ocean fishing. Spacious home is in quiet neighborhood with lovely porch, bbq grill and fish cleaning station. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend home. Great for large groups.
