55+ community in TriPalm Estates Country Club in Thousand Palms. This very nice, clean property is an ideal place to enjoy the lovely weather and sights and sounds of Palm Springs, California.

The property at 73 386 Broadmoor Drive is located on the first fairway of the par 3 golf course. The lot has plenty of parking and a covered car port. The rental rate includes Spectrum cable TV, internet with WiFi, all utilities, trash collection and recycling pickup.

The completely furnished home has a great view of the golf course and surrounding mountains. The covered patio runs the full length of the home and is a perfect place to enjoy the weather, a barbeque or the outdoor fire place on a cool evening.

Three palm trees and a flowering bougainvillea shrub highlight the yard nearest the golf course. A large garden shed is included. Automatic watering, monthly extermination and bi-weekly gardening services ensure a relaxing stay for you.

Great Location

Nice 55 plus golfing community. It’s an older park but very clean and people take good care of their properties. The location is great. Everything you need is 5 minutes away. The park model is older but up to date and contains everything you would need. Good quality cookware and kitchen gadgets. Very good experience overall with nice pools and activities.

Beautiful quiet home just as described!

We had an amazing month stay here. The home was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We found the location great and were able to explore and see many things. The owner had wonderful communication and everything was as described. We also enjoyed the clubhouse pools and hot tubs. We highly recommend staying here! We hope to return!

The host was very nice and the house was perfect All was just as advertised and very quiet location.

All was great inside the house but being outside the house in June was a bit like living in a hairdryer.
