A beautiful 2 bedroom Condo at the Cays resort

The Cays is a fabulous and brand new resort complex with plenty of great amenities to enjoy. There is a wonderful pool with two outdoor cooking, eating and sitting areas, 4 fire pits with seating areas, a large workout gym and a relaxing yoga room. We have 2 community rooms in the common area. One with a full kitchen, pool table and shuffle board table, the other lounge area has a large TV and office areas for your enjoyment.

Just outside the complex, there are 5 restaurants, a coffee shop and a spa/salon if you wish to walk and we have a concierge service to assist you with finding areas of interest around the Ocotillo/Chandler area.

For golfers, there are several excellent courses close by including the Ocotillo golf resort which is the newest Phil Mickelson course and about a 5 minute drive from the Cays.

Whether you re following NASCAR, the Spring baseball league or just on vacation to see and enjoy the area the Cays in Ocotillo is one of the best resorts in the area.

Beautiful property. I loved the condo, the location, and the amenities, especially the pool and fire pits. We enjoyed the beautiful balcony view overlooking the pool. The Cays has a resort feel. It was great to have a few restaurants right outside the property. The property is well-maintained, including cleaning common areas, the pool, and grounds every day.

Location, Location, Location

We stayed in this lovely condo for two months and were sad to leave. The beautiful balcony view of the swimming pool with hot tub and BBQ grills made us feel like we were at a resort. We loved the convenience of walking across the parking lot to restaurants and a coffee shop. And the surrounding area of Chandler had shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Beautiful Condo Complex

We stayed for a period of six weeks through February and March 2024. The condo is exactly as shown in the photos. It is a very comfortable and a beautiful condo with great views of the pool area and creek with fountains. It is well equipped for long stays and a very quiet condo unit for sleeping. The underground parking and additional outdoor parking spot is nice and a vey secure property with key fob access required to get around. The owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The complex is fantastic to walk around during the day and evening. The pool area is very nice and getting all new patio furniture and loungers in April 2024. It is pet friendly property with many convenient pet waste stations throughout. We met many friendly people while staying there. It is in a beautiful location for neighbourhood walks/drives and close to great shopping, restaurants and freeways to get to attractions. I would highly recommend staying there. Thanks Bill & Michelle.

Nice Stay

My husband and I stayed for the month of January 2021. Pros: The condo is nice and spacious and had most of the things that we needed for our stay. The beds are super comfy and there are three large TVs. The washer and dryer were nice to have in the condo and underground parking was a plus. The pool temperature was perfect and we enjoyed swimming and relaxing in the hot tub most evenings. The condo is in a great location and easy to get onto the 101, 202 and 10. There's also plenty of shopping, dining and golf near by. There are several dining options (with vegan and vegetarian options) right across the parking lot so it's very convenient for that. Cons: The management enforces the use of masks while working out (but nowhere else) and even after hours some people will purposely come from the other side of the fitness area to tell others they need to wear a mask. Management didn't really enforce any other rules that I noticed, (for instance the pool rules). The fire pits don't always work, but not sure if the management knows since we didn't report it, just moved to one that works. Lastly, cleaning could have been a bit better. We found a used bar of soap in the shower and the ice cube bucket in the freezer was dirty. There was also a used k-cup in the coffee pot. The cleaning issues were really minor annoyances and didn't affect how much we enjoyed staying at this property. Recommendations: One suggestion to the owners is to provide a small 'junk drawer' with a screwdriver, writing pad and pen, scissors, maybe a few Band-Aids, etc. as well as some board or card games. The toilet seat was loose in the hall bath and we ended up using a butter knife to tighten it. I also needed a scissor at one point and only found the one in the knife block. We did buy our own cards and Yahtzee and played while sitting by the fire. Overall it was a lovely stay. I would stay here again and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away to enjoy the Arizona sunshine!

A Fabulous Property

Our stay at the Cay’s in Downtown Ocotillo was exactly what we were expecting. The condo was spacious, extremely clean and decorated beautifully. Everything needed was provided. The balcony overlooking the pool was a peaceful spot to relax. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the amenities provided a luxurious resort feel. The underground parking garage and safety entrances were perfect. The location was ideal. Close to freeways, shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Top Notch Condo and Location

We couldn't have chosen a better location and the condo was first rate! Everything we needed was within a five minute drive with easy access to highways for those desired day trips. Exceptional condo in a quiet, relaxing community

We really enjoyed our wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The pictures are exactly how the condo looks with the patio overlooking the meticulously maintained pool area. We enjoyed all the amenities such as the large workout gym, the beautiful pool, hot tub, and gas fire pits. The location is great with many restaurants nearby and easy access to the freeways and neighboring cities. The owners definitely covered all the bases and stocked the condo with everything you could imagine needing. Also has secured underground parking near the elevator. We definitely hope to return the next time we're in the Chandler area!

We are Michelle and Bill. We are both retired and spend a lot of our free time travelling. In 2013 we took a short vacation to Arizona and quickly fell in love with the area. That trip led us to purchase our 1st vacation property in Superstition Springs, Arizona (VRBO-491668). We've really enjoyed talking and meeting our guests as well as getting to enjoy the property ourselves when it's not occupied. Anyway, spring forward to 2018 and we now have 4 resort properties with the latest being the Cays. We love the Ocotillo area and we know you will too. We really try to make our homes look wonderful and inviting for our guests and include everything that we feel our guests would want or need to enjoy their stay.

Why they chose this property

The Cays in Ocotillo is one of the nicest communities in Chandler. The resort has a large gym, yoga studio and two beautiful social areas inside the complex. Outside is one of the nicest pools we've seen with 4 fire pits and 2 BBQ kitchens if you want to cook a favourite steak or you have a group of friends over and want to cook and hang out by the pool. There are 6 restaurants within 100yds of our front door as well as a salon/spa if you want to be pampered for a few hours. For golfers there are several golf courses within the Chandler area with the Ocotillo golf resort very close to the Cays. The Ocotillo golf resort happens to be one of my favorite courses as well. Whether you're on vacation, need a place for work or just need a place to stay while you're house hunting you'll love staying at the Cays.
