Your family will not want to leave this large, newly remodeled pool home with it's wide water view and oversized lot. Fish, Kayak, paddle board or boat right from the backyard or take a dip in the pool before enjoying dinner watching the sunset over the water. Eat-in chef's kitchen with gas cook top. Top of the line appliances and everything you will need to cook, order in or go out. Centrally located just between downtown Pompano Beach and just a few miles to downtown Fort Lauderdale. Just a short 5-7 minute drive to the beach and ocean access on your boat (boat not included). Top of the line stereo, outdoor speakers, voice controlled sound and lights. Steam shower! Whole house water filtration, tankless hot water, fruit trees, coconut palms (make your own fresh coconut water). Outdoor living and dining. 65 foot cement dock- bring your own boat!
