Family with teens

Everything went smoothly and the condo was larger than I had anticipated. We let the teen girls take over the upstairs master and bunk area and we stayed in one downstairs bed/bath. Worked perfectly and everyone was happy. We spent most time on the water and did minimal cooking at the condo but kitchen was sufficient for our needs. One thing to note is that the marina is about a 10 minute drive by vehicle but a 30 second boat ride. So if you are renting a boat, you need to plan accordingly for your return rental.

We own another condo at Shanghai Marina and have enjoyed it with our family for 25 years. Large 3 BR condo for rent with newly refurbished deck, safety railings at approved height.

Why they chose this property

You can't go wrong. Centrally located on Norris near Shanghai Marina, Deerfield Resort. Lakefront with on site pool and boat slip and jet port. 3BR plus extra bunk room off of the MBR. King in MBR, two others have two queen beds, and there is a bunk bed off MBR and a fold out couch in MBR.
