Welcome to Drôme Provençale!
The House under the wind, located near the Provençal village of Tulette, is a Modern style house (typical architecture of the 50s) with swimming pool, with an area of 150m², which is located in the heart of an atypical garden of 1500m² with originality mixing local species & landscaped project (including pergola, bowls, terraces, ...).

Completely renovated in 2016 and able to comfortably accommodate up to 11 people, Maison sous le Vent offers an environment protected from the wind facing Mont Ventoux. The village of Tulette, located a ten-minute walk away, offers essential shops (bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, post office, etc.). In addition, there is a supermarket a few hundred meters away.

Completely fenced, the garden hosts a swimming pool equipped with a protective curtain and a teak beach. Pool house with shower, kitchenette, pizza oven, barbecue and area reserved for pétanque decorate the outdoor tree-lined spaces. Bikes are available to explore the surroundings.

The House has 3 levels.
Level 3 hosts the Night area with its three bedrooms, its bathroom with bathtub and its separate WC. Level 2 is composed of a large living room offering both a large common table and a cozy space around the fireplace, a fully equipped independent kitchen, an open TV lounge with a convertible sofa where the 2 additional beds. Level 1 hosts an independent studio with private bathroom, an office space, a laundry room.

Tastefully decorated, the Maison sous le Vent has all the following new equipment: fitted kitchen, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, tv, stereo equipment, wifi, remote monitoring alarm, etc.

We also suggest that you provide a rental vehicle.

LEVEL 2
Cooked
The kitchen is independent and offers the following equipment:
Large fridge / Ceramic hob / Nespresso coffee machine / Oven / Microwave / Extractor hood / Crockery / Blender.
Stay
The living room has a large table where a dozen guests can easily eat. A large fireplace adorns the room. The bay windows in the living room open onto a large terrace.
TV room
A TV lounge open to the living room completes this level. The room is equipped with a television, a hi-fi cd system and a convertible sofa (2 places). The room opens onto a small terrace.

LEVEL 3
Master bedroom 1 ‘yellow’
The master bedroom is equipped with a large 180cm bed, a dressing room, a desk. Air-conditioned room.
Master bedroom 2 ège greige ’
The second master bedroom is equipped with a 160cm bed, a dressing room, a desk. Air-conditioned room.
Children's room ‘yellow & blue’
The children's room offers two 90 cm beds that can also accommodate adults as well as a dressing room. Air-conditioned room.
The three bedrooms are equipped with electric shutters.
Bathroom
The bathroom is fitted with a large corner bath, an old washbasin and a heated towel rail.

LEVEL 1
Studio
An independent studio opening onto a terrace is located on the ground floor. The master bedroom is equipped with a large 160cm bed, a dressing room, a desk, a library.
A second 90 cm bed is present in the room.
The bedroom is equipped with electric shutters.
Bathroom
The bathroom is fitted with an Italian shower and a toilet.
Entrance
The main entrance leads to a desk where you can find a number of tourist information about the region.
utility room
A laundry room is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer and all the equipment necessary for laundry care.
A high chair is also available in the laundry room.

OUTSIDE
SWIMMING POOL
The pool measures 5 by 8 meters and is equipped with a protective flap. The adjoining pool house offers a shower. A kitchenette, barbecue and pizza oven complete this space.
CHALET
In the chalet at the back of the house, four bikes are available to explore the region.
PERGOLA & PETANQUE FIELD
CAR PARK
A parking space is provided for three vehicles. The gate is electric.


LOCATION

TULETTE is a pleasant village located in Drôme Provençale in the South-East of France.
Between village atmosphere and Provencal countryside, the Maison sous le vent is located near the village and the main roads.
