Fabulous, peaceful, private oasis just steps from Main Street & The Beach. This 3 bedroom - 2 bath Classic California Craftsman is filled with light and has a great use of indoor/outdoor space. Step out into a tropical backyard complete with fountains, fruit trees, BBQ and outdoor gazebo. Ideally for a family with young children - house offers kids room, playroom, bikes, surf & boogie boards, outdoor play structure and trampoline. Street Parking Permits.

Alice and her family were great tenants. They treated our house with care and respect and left it just as they found it. Communicating with them was a pleasure and we would love to rent our place to them again in the future.
