On a fully restored stone estate is our house and two rentals, the completely independent Pigeonnier without vis-à-vis built in stones in the 19th century which has been completely renovated respecting the original construction. It includes 2 bedrooms with bathroom, large living room with an open fireplace, American kitchen, large covered terrace with bread oven, shared swimming pool of 16m by 6m

Gite was lovely, had everything we needed, only down side was lack of communication from host prior to arrival and or information pack on site. Advice only given if asked for. Would have been nice to receive information how to access the property without asking. No information pack or local emergency information provided or what to do with domestic rubbish and or any local recommendation of restaurants or places to visit in the gite.

Stunning gite

We stayed here for a week and had a fantastic stay. The house is beautiful, as are the grounds. Jean-Marie and Ghislaine welcoming and helpful hosts, and there are lots of great places to visit locally. We will be back

Great property

The house and grounds were beautiful - very well equipped and really clean and comfortable. A lot of care had been given in preparing for guests, with everything provided to make our stay a delight. The hosts were very kind and helpful, but not at all intrusive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. It exceeded our expectations and we were sorry to leave at the end of the week.

Perfection

We had a wonderful stay and were welcomed with a lovely selection of homemade, and locally sourced, produce. The house is even more incredible than it looks in the pictures, from the huge open plan living area with vaulted ceiling to the beautifully decorated bedrooms and bathrooms. The gardens are beautifully kept, with a lovely pool and even a boules pitch - a perfect place to relax after a days sightseeing. The host are absolutely charming, generous and very patient with our terrible attempts at French. This was a real find and we'd highly recommended a stay here.

Wonderful property, fantastic hosts.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property sets a very high standard - beautifully designed, very well appointed and comfortable with plenty of space indoors and out. And all in a quiet and peaceful countryside setting just minutes from servuces, shops and restaurants. The owners are genuinely kind, thoughtful and generous, more than happy to assist in making your stay as pleasant as possible. It's the perfect place to come together with family or friends for a relaxing holiday, whether your purpose is to kick back and unwind or to have great base to explore the area. We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet Ghislaine and Jean-Marie and to stay at their lovely property. We hope to return at a future date for a longer stay. Le gîte du pigeonnier est vraiment magnifique et très confortable, c'est une très belle restauration d'un bâtiment ancien avec tout le confort et une très belle décoration, les détails sont bien pensés, la piscine est agréable même si elle est partagée. Bref on s'y sent très bien. De plus, Ghislaine et Jean Marie sont très gentils, leur accueil a été vraiment très sympathique avec une attention particulière, et ils sont toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons passé vraiment un excellent séjour dans ce pigeonnier, nous recommandons sans problème.

Une superbe expérience !

Un gîte magnifique, rénové avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipé. Des hôtes bienveillants et d'une grande gentillesse. Sans oublier l'environnement en pleine nature, au calme. Le jardin (ou plutôt le parc) est extrêmement bien entrenu, paysagé et fleuri.Tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour un superbe weekend en famille. A recommander sans aucune hésitation !
