detached holiday home in the countryside, double glazing, insulation, recent renovation (2015/2016)
7 minutes by car from Mirande, 30 minutes from Auch, 20-25 minutes from Marciac.
House with parking, terrace (garden furniture, barbecue) fenced.
1 large living room with fitted kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, television). 4 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms), bathroom with Italian shower, toilet, cellar with washing machine and freezer.
€ 450 per week + € 50 cleaning fee (optional)

Maison parfaite

Maison très agréable, très calme, idéalement placée pour découvrir le GERS, propriétaire toujours disponible à la moindre sollicitude mais non envahissant. Avons bien apprécié notre séjour.

Gers nous voilà !

Les propriétaires étaient très sympathiques et leur propriété très fonctionnelle. Ils ont été très réactifs et à la fois très discrets. La maison est située en pleine campagne à environ 20kms de Auch. La maison était très propre.

Logement impeccable dans la campagne gersoise

Super logement au coeur de la campagne gersoise. Accueil au top et généreux, tout est fait pour vous simplifier l'existence. Propriétaire très sympa, ainsi que le reste de la famille. Gros plus : accepte les chiens, et ils reçoivent pleins de câlins! Merci! Gros plus : accepté les chiens

Week-end familial pour jazz in marciac

Séjour très agréable, le logement est grand et bien équipé, à environ 25 min de Marciac. L'hôte est accueillante. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis et les animaux à côté sont très appréciables avec des enfants!

Endroit très agréable à la campagne

Excellent accueil des propriétaires, maison très agréable, lumineuse, ensoleillée, bien équipée. Située au milieu de la magnifique campagne gersoise , voiture indispensable mais commerces proches.Le plus : 2 chambres climatisées, les deux autres chambres sont restées fraîches malgré la canicule. bon point de départ pour excursions vers les beaux villages du Gers. Vivement recommandé

gîte à la ferme

Une maison très bien rénovée, bien équipée. Des propriétaires charmants et attentifs aux besoins de leurs hôtes et discrets en même temps. (Des personnes allergiques pourraient être génés par l'élevage des volailles de l'autre côté de la route.) Nous avons aimé cette région calme mais néanmoins dynamique pour ce qui est des manifestations et festivals, on y mange très bien aussi. Montesquiou est un joli petit village, pas très loin de Marciac, pour les amateurs de Jazz.

Très reposant, maison parfaite, proprios très souriants et sympathiques. Week-end au top pour l événement country de Mirande qui se trouve à 5 mn du logement. N'hésitez pas, les yeux fermés. Nous, si c'est dispo, on revient l'an prochain Merci pour votre accueil Stephan

Gîte reposant

Nous étions une famille de 5 personnes pour un long weekend dans le Gers pour célébrer un mariage. L'endroit est conforme aux photos: calme, propre et rien ne manque pour y vivre. Les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et attentionnés. Un seul point négatif: la météo n'était pas de la partie: il a plu les 3 jours! Quoi qu'il en soit, nous recommandons ce logement pour passer des vacances paisibles dans une belle région...et encore merci aux propriétaires.
