Fontaine de Vaucluse Apartment

This apartment is lovely, but did have it's shortcomings. For a start we were not met by a person to show us around and give us keys. We had to phone, could not understand the woman, until text to us in English where to find keys and location. No adequate cooling, as weather was quite warm and sleeping was uncomfortable. Toilet facilities were downstairs via a narrow spiral staircase. The six flights of stairs leading to the apartment made it difficult coming and going especially with luggage. The parking was not explained to us beforehand. Very close to town,which was great .

We are sorry that you have not found our accommodation sufficient. It is very unfortunate that you do not ask the right questions before renting. We could have answered your questions; I noticed that you no longer have to pay special attention to your arrival as a bottle of fresh rosé wine to welcome you for example. I also regret for the climate that is actually hot in Provence in summer. The house description did not offer air conditioning. I also regret that you do not respect the cleanliness of the house which was restored to us far from the state in which you had found it and in particular the toilets which were repugnant among others

Agréable séjour !

Petite maison agréable pour 4 à 5 personnes. Coin magnifique. Juste compliqué pour se garer et le lave-linge manque. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

l ensemble est satisfaisant , mais à préciser que la location est coeur village avec le clocher qui sonne toutes les demi heures (prévoir boules quies pour le sommeil), et qui 'il a une bonne cinquantaine de marches pour accéder au logement , difficile pour les personnes qui ont du mal à se déplacer, escalier étroit en colimaçon entre le rez de chaussée avec les wc et douche + coin salon et l'étage avec la cuisine et la chambre. (compliqué pour décharger les bagages , parking assez loin ) sinon le village est magnificque et agréable .

Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist originell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sauberkeit top. Die Besitzer haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns wertvolle Informationen über die Umgebung mitgeteilt. Ein- und Auschecken lief problemlos ab. Das Haus liegt mitten im Ort in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Ab Mittag ist der Ort touristisch überlastet. Wir haben die Morgen- und Abendstunden vor Ort genossen.

Excellent accueil et location typique d'un village provençal perché.

On s'aperçoit que les propriétaires ont le respect de leurs locataires : de nombreux détails ainsi que l'impression d'ensemble vont dans ce sens ! Un bémol cependant : la location est à déconseiller aux personnes invalides car elle comporte de nombreuses marches d'accès.

En effet, il y a de nombreuses marches comme cela est visible sur les photos mises sur le site et comme il est précisé" il n'y a pas d'accès handicapé". C'est pourquoi, il est essentiel de se renseigner et poser les bonnes questions avant faire une réservation.

Location parfaite pour un séjour absolument agréable! Fontaine-de-Vaucluse est tout a fait magique, dans cet appartment on habite tout pres de la fontaine et la riviere, derriere le lieu de la maison ancienne de Pétrarque. Dans un clin d'oeil on est déja sur la place centrale oú il y a de temps en temps de différents spéctacles (concerts, soirées dansantes, etc.). Acceuil chalereuw par la propriétaire, climat agréable dans l'appartement, terasse romantique... Absolument convenable pour les amateurs de la Provence! Zsolt (53), Hongrie
