The kitchen has been fully renovated and is equipped for all your needs.

Awesome property

This was a great place to stay. The house was clean and check in was easy when we arrived. It was also quiet so no complaints with noise. I would stay here again if I were to come back to the area.

A golfer's paradise

We were 3 golfers visiting Palm Springs region for a golf vacation and we really enjoyed our stay. This residence is gorgeous and immaculate. We appreciated all details put in by the owners. All 3 rooms are comfortable.. The patio right on PGA West's Stadium Course 5th hole is lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Best Inverness Property

From the beautiful relaxing view on the patio, this lovely home was the perfect getaway for us. . We enjoyed the master bedroom with nice linens and the other amenities which were a step above. Everything was spotless and newly renovated. Owners were very accommodating and available as needed. We will definitely return. This is a Very Special home!

Favorite PGA West Property

Clean, bright and comfortable...what a terrific property and our favorite of properties we have stayed at within PGA West. The TPC Stadium course location is quiet with two pools/hot tubs within a short walk to relax in after golfing or hiking. The home is updated and well furnished with exceptional kitchen and patio. Sitting by the gas firepit in the evening with a glass of wine was so relaxing. Christy the host was highly responsive to any question we had. Would definitely stay here again

The perfect getaway!

We had an excellent experience with our stay here. The check-in and check out was quick and easy and communication regarding our stay was detailed and thorough. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked and the views to the golf course and mountains were beautiful. We did not get a chance to sit out on the patio but the set up outside is perfect for a glass of wine or a margarita by the fire pit to watch the desert sunsets or a coffee in the morning to watch the golf course warm up in the morning light. It is obvious the owners take great care in their home and pay attention to little details that make a stay feel warm and inviting. We would definitely come back again to stay in this lovely condo! Perfect Stagecoach Location

Very cozy home in PGA West neighborhood

This home is very clean and comfy, and only 10min away from Coachella music festival. The host is very responsive and we had no issues checking in/out. This home actually has 3 bedrooms, with each room having its own bathroom for use. The views in the back are amazing and I would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic Property!!!

We have a lot of experience with PGA West having had access to a family home on Palmer Private for several years. This year, I was looking for a property to accommodate myself, husband, and two other family members for a long weekend in January. I happened across this property which stood out due to location on the Stadium Course for the. What a spectacular stay we experienced! I’ve rented many properties over the years and this one was fantastic. The property was beautiful! Furnishings, accommodations (king size beds - yay!), decor, and the best part (again, besides the location) was the fully stocked kitchen. The pantry had salt, pepper, and many spices. The cupboards were *full* of great glassware, dinnerware, and serving pieces. One doesn’t always find such a fully stocked kitchen. Bedroom linens were superb; tons of towels in the bathrooms. All in all, a beautiful and comfortable environment. Fantastic patio, view of #5 green (Double Trouble), and a grill that we used a few times. We all commented that we felt like we were staying with great friends - not a rental.The host was very responsive to a few questions I had related to tournament weekend access. We’ll definitely look to book again soon! Thank you, hosts!

What a spectacular property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It’s hard to find a home that is suitable for friends. This one fit the bill! Three beautiful bedrooms, each with an en suite. The view from the patio was spectacular. The fifth hole of the golf course. The home was in pristine condition. We loved staying here!

Owner thought of everything

The property was so enjoyable. The home was clean and comfortable. Everything was in excellent condition and easy to use (tv's, kitchen appliances, etc.). The location was beautiful, on the fifth green of the Pete Dye Stadium Course, and quiet, and the views of the mountains with the golf course in the foreground were spectacular.

Why would you stay anywhere else?

Cannot say enough about this wonderful property and the owner!!!! We were 3 women on a "girls golf outing". This property fit perfectly!!! 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom!!! The unit is located on the 5th green of the Pete Dye Stadium Course. Enough privacy, but excellent views of some of the 5th fairway and total view of the green. It is a very quiet location....great for sleeping! The property itself is modern, extremely clean, and totally stocked with everything you need for a stay. The owners obviously use this home as their getaway home...it is not a unit owned for just rental. There are wonderful personal touches throughout, and it truly feels like a home away from home. Christy, the owner is a wonder to communicate with! She answers every email promptly and informatively. The only small confusion is in the VRBO "property description". It says that this is a "2 bedroom with office" property. One needs to read through the reviews to see that it is in actuality a 3 BEDROOM, 3 BATH unit. It seems like the VRBO description should be changed so that those clients looking for a 3 bedroom 3 bath rental could be directed here without reading through all the reviews...... This is a fabulous property, and as the heading states: "Why would you stay anywhere else?"!!!!!

Lovely, Peaceful Getaway With a View

This home is spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. It is a perfect place to getaway, especially if you’re a golfer. It has everything you need, and is very comfortable and inviting. We have stayed in several other PGA West properties, but this one is our favorite, thus far. We hope to return soon!
