My husband is a General Contractor and does all the maintenance and upkeep on property where I enjoy decorating and creative aspects of the home. We have lived in Ventura for 22 years, and have five children. We enjoy this area so much we figured we would share our home with others when we have the chance.
Why they chose this property
We chose this property to purchase because we also own a home at the beach but it can get foggy at the beach and we LOVE the sunshine. This home sits between two mountain ranges and when there is fog at the beach it is always sunny here, and yet we are close enough to the beach that we get the ocean breezes. We also like that its set up against the hills so its quiet/ peaceful. We chose this new development in Solana Heights because its very hard to find larger homes in Ventura but this developer offered large square footage/ floor plans.
What makes this property unique
Warm Sun, no fog, close drive to the beach and to Ojai Bike Path, Outdoor Shower, Outdoor Seating area, Quiet Safe New Country Residential Neighborhood just built July 2018.
