This 1,000 SF single family home has recently been renovated, with all brand new stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, air conditioning and heat, refinished hardwood floors, fresh paint, and much more! This is a fully furnished unit, including everything you need to make a perfect vacation down at the beach!

There are two spacious bedrooms, and a pull out couch fitting up to 6 guests. The open floor plan allows guests to interact throughout the fully equipped kitchen, leading into the big, comfortable living room. There is also Wi-Fi, outdoor furniture and a grill for guest use.

This property has a one-of-a-kind view of the Long Island Sound from its second floor front balcony and a beautiful view of the natural marsh landscape from the rear balcony as well as access to a private beach.

Winery and Brewery tours available - Tour includes a visit to three to five wineries or breweries of your choice in Middlesex and New Haven Counties in a luxury passenger vehicle with driver.

Offshore activities - Day and sunset charters to Newport, Montauk, Sag Harbor, Block Island, Duck Island, Greenport, etc. Speed boat rentals and thrill rides and waterskiing and tubing.

Available for Academic winter rental as well as summer - weekly, monthly, and seasonal rentals.

Electric, heat, cable, & internet are not included in long term or academic rentals and charged separately. Utilities will be billed separately on a monthly basis.

Linens, pillows and blankets are included in the rental. Linens are included for short term rentals only.

Towels and hand towels are not included in the rental.

Summer season begins on May 14th and ends on September 30th. Rentals during this period have a 1 week minimum requirement and begin on Friday. We do allow shorter than 7 day rentals but not at the posted rate. Long term rentals are available from October to May at a discounted rate. Rates posted are for short term winter rentals. Please contact us for long term rental rates and summer midweek rental rates under 1 week for information.

Clinton, CT

Very comfortable. 2nd Floor only using outside stairs. (Ground floor is garage/storage, typical for many coastal properties in that area) House is very modern and bright. The view of the beautiful marsh from the back deck is awesome. Very close to restaurants, stores, marinas etc while being in a very quiet residential area. Long Island sound beach across the street is very small and only usable a couple of hours a day depending on the tides. However, Hammonasset State beach and preserve area is only 15-20 minute away. Madison, Clinton and Westbrook are great old time coastal communities. Very enjoyable, wish we had a few more days of vacation time there.

Gorgeous Ocean View Property!

This property was absolutely stunning. The private beach was just across the street. The property had excellent air conditioning as well. The host also offers winery, brewery, boat charters, tubing, water skiing and thrill rides. My family and I went on the winery tour and I got to tell you well worth it. Do yourself a favor and book a stay.

Very Relaxing

Donnie was a great host. He called us the first night to see if we had any questions, but everything was in place according to the posting and we had no issues. The area is beautiful, beach access across the street was easy to get to (30 seconds from house to beach), the neighbourhood was quiet, and the seafood was fresh. The kids really enjoyed biking each morning and playing on the sandy beaches.
