Welcome to our bright, tranquil boutique cottage in Clinton, CT—just a short stroll from the harbor, boat launch, and popular spots like Shanks, Rocky’s Aqua, and Lobster Landing, outlets and golf courses. With vaulted ceilings and warm natural light, this peaceful retreat blends modern style with subtle coastal charm—an ideal place to relax after a day on the water. Enjoy the shoreline or simply unwind in the calm, sunlit setting—your refined escape on the Connecticut coast.
The sunlit kitchen features stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and sleek quartzite countertops. Fully equipped for any meal, it offers a breakfast nook or access to the deck—perfect for enjoying coffee in the fresh coastal air.
The master suite includes a queen bed and private bathroom with a stand-up shower. Two additional bedrooms—one with a full bed opening onto the deck, the other with twin beds—share a full bathroom with tub/shower.
The finished basement provides a second living area with a TV, foosball, board games, and laundry—a versatile space for relaxation and fun.
* Four outdoor chairs are provided.
* Clinton Town Beach requires a day pass for parking, though biking in is free.
* Hammonasset State Park offers out-of-state day passes for a small fee.
* An additional $50 per night applies for each guest over four.
* Three kayaks (two singles and a double) are provided.
