The house was amazing, we were 11, with 5 kids in the house and didn't feel on top of each other. Well equipped and amazing location, just outside of ax les thermes. Contact between us and the host was really good, and the lady who welcomed us was lovely. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Les vacances se sont très bien passées. Une grande maison à 3 étages, des chambres propres et bien agencées, une grande salle de jeux au sous-sol. Petit « hic » à la sortie - réglé en privé avec le propriétaire. Je recommande pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Nous sommes venu pour la deuxième année en famille ,le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé, quelques poêles et casseroles ne sont pas compatibles avec l'induction. Billard, table de ping-pong et baby foot très agréable après une bonne journée de ski. Location familiale que nous recommandons, très bon accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

séjour gâché

Ce séjour était prévu et attendu depuis le mois de juin. C'était un rêve réalisé: réunir toute la famille en montagne dans l'idéal avec de la neige mais nous étions conscient du climat. L'accueil, par la voisine du propriétaire, a été agréable, la maison confortable chaleureuse décorée pour la circonstance . Mais très vite , le premier soir nous avons remarqué que l'évier s'évacuait très mal, que les toilettes c'était pareil il fallait tirer deux trois fois la chasse d'eau. Le summum a eu lieu le 25 décembre : après avoir pris sa douche et nettoyée celle-ci ma belle-fille a remarque que la douche était à nouveau sale l'un d'entre nous étant allé au toilette. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire qui n'a pas paru nous croire au départ, ensuite après maints échanges il a contacté une personne pour vider la fosse le lendemain. En attendant notre soirée du 25 décembre à consister en du nettoyage dans une odeur nauséabonde, nous ne pouvions plus utiliser les toilettes, avec de jeunes enfants (7, 5 et 2 ans)pas évident et ce jusqu'au 26 fin de matinée. Nous espérions un geste de la part du propriétaire pour ce désagrément, or la seule chose qu'il a proposé c'est d'offrir le ménage , option que nous n'avions pas choisi, le ménage étant fait chaque jour et de toute façon après chaque départ même si la maison est propre il y a une personne qui vérifie et le fait. En rentrant je lui ai envoyé un mail avec des photos, qui est resté lettre morte. je trouve cela incorrect, voire malhonnête.
