This 7 bedroom 6 bath house has spectacular views from all porches. This luxury beach house boasts 2 master suites with large master baths. Both which include big jacuzzi bath tubs and showers with multiple shower heads. Kevin Costner actually stayed here for two months when he was in town with his band, & most recently Johnno Wilson (Actor/Comedian)!!

If one formal living room was not enough, this house has two. The main living area is very open with your choice of a sunroom or entertainment area. Spacious porches front and back on each floor. Elevator services the garage, 1st floor, & 2nd floor.

When you enter the home from the front door you are welcomed by a living room with flat screed TV, & wet bar. The first of two master suites is located across the hall from living room with some ocean views. Also on this floor are 4 more bedrooms, one with a queen, one with two queens, one with a king, and one with two twins, there is also a laundry room and open sitting area located on this floor.

On the second floor is the very large dining room, kitchen and great room. This kitchen is top notch, all stainless appliances, two dishwashers, gas cooktop, and double ovens. Down the hall from the kitchen is the second master suite, this room is very large, and has a separate sitting area with sleeper sofa. Across the hall from this bedroom there is another large room with 2 twins, each with trundle beds, and a sleeper sofa.

The gas fireplace in the living room no longer is working & is for display purposes only.

After a day of sun and sand, rinse off in the outdoor showers under the home & on the right side of the house and relax at the cabana by your very own private salt water pool with fountain! There is a commercial style ice maker located in the garage for guests to use. The many porches are where you can enjoy the most amazing views of all! Make this your home away from home for years to come!

Very nice large home. Liked the landscaping surrounding the pool for privacy.Kitchen was well-equippedBedrooms very nice.Only issue was we were not aware two of the bedrooms utilized a jack n jill bath.Over all very good experience. The property was well suited for our family. It was very comfortable. A lot of the furnishings were showing wear but that was great when you have a bunch of children from 1 yo on up. We had a couple of small problems that were quickly resolved. We would definitely consider going back again.

This is the fourth time we have rented this house. It is an absolutely fabulous place for a large group. Plenty of quiet places to escape to. It has a wonderful backyard pool and is right across from the beach access path. We love isle of Palms. We travel all the way from Seattle to spend time there. It’s important to read the check-in paperwork before you arrive! Come equipped with soap for the showers, hand soap for the sinks, extra paper towels and toilet paper and kitchen wastebasket liners, and dishwasher pods and laundry soap. All important supplies and easy to bring if you are driving. Heather was a response and pleasant host.

The property was large, spacious and perfect for a large family gathering! Everyone had plenty of space to come together in the common rooms and comfortable large bedroom spaces for sleeping. It was located within a short walk to the beach, shopping and dining. Our host Heather was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and made lots of great memories. The place was perfect for our group. There is room for people to have quiet time, but also big enough spaces to get everyone together. My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at your home. The house was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen had everything that was needed. Very close proximity to the beach, less than a 3 minute walk. The front porches were a delightful place for downtime and to enjoy the sun. Will definitely keep this home in mind for further stays at IOP.

There are a few things that we feel potential guests should be aware of before a stay at this property. The house is very minimally stocked so be prepared to bring along bathroom soap, toilet paper, paper towels. The kids loved the saltwater pool but the area is not very well-lit and the motion detector lights were non-functioning, so swimming into the evenings became a safety hazard. The back door was tricky to use. The screen door on the outside pool deck above the stairs is incredibly flimsy and missing a screen at the bottom which seems dangerous for little ones. They really need to replace this screen door even if it’s a half door. Kids could walk right out to the pool. The refrigerator had a leak on the bottom right side and despite keeping a towel under, there was a constant wet spot creating a slip hazard on the kitchen tile. Some of the listing photos were deceptive, especially the shot of the beach which shows an unobstructed view from the property. There is now a home built in that vacant area shown which blocks the ocean views significantly. The outdoor furniture was old and worn. The front porch had a couple nails sticking up and it was dangerous. The house was also not that clean. There was a lot of dust on cabinets and on top of all picture frames. The floors were also dirty. The floors were super greasy, the baby we had on the floor had orange hands for days and it was also under her nails. Heather was very responsive and quick to respond to issues.

A lot of your answers would have been answered had you read the access instructions along with what was provided. For you to say that the floors were dirty & greasy is ridiculous. I do a through walk through of the property before/during/after housekeeping to ensure the house is clean & ready for your arrival. As far as deep cleaning goes, this is done during the off season. The back door, again, had you read the instructions you would have understood how to operate this but I did come and show you how to operate it along with the elevator door. These both were user error. And really, orange hands for days with baby? There is no orange cleaning solution that we use, so maybe check other sources before claiming our house is not clean.

The inside of the house was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Some areas a little dated and maybe due for some small repair/repainting, but everything worked wonderful and clean. Lots of appliances in kitchen and the whole house was very spacious for a crowd such as ours when a few families were there on short vacation together. Kitchen table was wonderful to seat everyone at the same time. Window blinds were not dark and wondered if they were see through at night in the bedrooms-did not block out the neighbors flood light shining in. A little disappointed that there wasn't more toilet paper and that hand soap wasn't provided for the house in the bathrooms/kitchen-I missed these details originally, but would have thought basic hand soap for bathrooms would have been provided, so don't forget that! All that said, we would stay there again though. Great location and quiet area.

This house was terrific! A group of 16 of us (college sorority sisters) gathered from across the US for our 5th annual getaway. While we (sadly) had grey, rainy weather, the house layout and gathering spaces allowed us to enjoy our time together, eat together, and sleep comfortably throughout the weekend. Fabulous layout for a larger group, and super convenient to beach and downtown Charleston. Highly recommend!
