We had plumbing issues at check in and also had issues with the door lock. For the price of this home, there shouldn’t have been problems. They were responsive in getting these issues resolved.

Huge, clean house with enough space for all 15 of us! Great location, walkable to beach and bars, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Our coffee maker wasn’t working and the host sent a new one over the next morning. I highly recommend this property for large parties or families vacationing on Folly Beach!

Great location and wonderful property

Second time for us at this property. We love this house for all the amenities including the pool. Also love the location, walking distance to all the great restaurants and the beach! I highly recommend this property for your next visit.

AMAZING HOUSE

This house is a great size for a big group and is in the BEST location in Folly's Beach. You are within a min walk from all the restaurants, bars and stores. I can't wait to book my trip back!!

Great location of center street and to the beach.An elevator would be great since it is a haul up to the third floor bedrooms. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms- all en suite was perfect! The pool was great to have a hot tub for this time of year.

Great location

Wonderful property in great location. Easy checkin and checkout process. Pool is small but nice and new. Bedrooms are good size and similar in size. Excellent size kitchen and living room space for a large group.

Kitchen living room area is very nice and spacious. Bedrooms are a bit tight and maybe Queen beds in a few would offer some more space. Great location and so easy to go to dinner and shops. However there was alot of construction going on which made it difficult to walk on main strip. It would have been nice just to get notified of that. We were not aware house did not come with beach chairs or beach towels so were a bit frustrated but George from the rental company was very kind and brought a few chairs over until our beach chairs arrived (2 days after check in) We had to buy beach towels and leave them there because we could not fit them in our luggage so total waste of money. We also had to spend 50 extra to rent the beach chairs (only 9 chairs)

We do our best to make this as easy for guests as possible by sending out emails prior to arrival and offering a $275 credit on beach rental gear. We would love to offer our own beach gear, but unfortunately, we’ve found that items left at the properties inevitably gets lost, broken, or stolen. This often left the next arriving guests without any equipment at all. The $275 VayK credit system guarantees that every guest gets a reliable, fresh set of gear for their trip. We are so glad George was able to drop off some temporary chairs for you, however! The Fourth of July weekend was a particularly difficult weekend to secure beach gear for most people on the island, so we are happy we could assist with that! Great place

The house is beautiful and spacious and near everything Folly Beach has to offer. I would recommend it for large groups who want to be together but have their own space. We were a group of 12 (adults and teens) and had more than enough room.

Perfect Home for a Large Family

This house easily accommodated a set of grandparents, 4 married couples and 6 grandchildren! The room layout was perfect. The pool was nice for the children after getting back from the beach and nice for the adults in the evening. Would definitely rent again!

The check-in process was easy and straightforward. The house was a quick walk away from Foley beach. We were provided with beach chairs. The pool was warm and the house was very nice. Perfect place for a large group vacation.

Great House for Large Group

The house was great. Well located near all the restaurants and nightlife, walkable to the beach, and while the pool is small, it served our group of 13 adults perfectly. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. House was well decorated, beds and couches were comfortable, plenty of activities (pool table, ping pong, games, pool area, tvs in every room, etc...)

Overall a great stay for our sales team. The property was clean and easy to check in. The communication was slow if you have a question off hours. There was road construction immediately next to the property while we stayed which was a little of an annoyance. The pool is much smaller in person than how it looks in the picture.

Great family getaway in Folly Beach!

We had 15 family members staying at any given time and this house was great! The only thing I would change would be a larger refrigerator and a half bath on the first floor. Other than that we loved the bedroom/bathroom configuration and large kitchen, dining table and living room. Snd thr location was amazing!
