This home is located just 1.5 miles from historic downtown Franklin, where you’ll find many retail shops and fabulous restaurants, house is nestled in small neighborhood in a quite cul da sac, Close to the Factory of Franklin for Saturday morning Farmers market, unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and a couple minutes to Cool Springs for many more restaurants, shopping & fun. 25 minutes to Downtown Nashville.

Home has easy access with keyless entry. You will be provided a code 1 week prior to check in, it will be active 3 pm day of check in and expire 10 am day of departure.

Large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, storage, and stainless appliances. You will find everything you need for cooking. 200mbps Wifi and cable, comfortable new beds, all linens, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll paper towels included.
*Fireplace is non functional

Washer and dryer on site with ironing board and iron for your convenience. There is a pack n play and highchair available as well for families with babies.

Dogs are welcome, 2 dogs max, We ask that they be crated when you are not with them and they must be disclosed prior to booking with a $75 pet fee.

Spacious Home

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Located close to downtown Franklin. We stayed 4 nights, spending most of our days outside of the home, enjoying quiet evenings in the home. We appreciate being able to relax and spread out without the typical hotel noise. Would definitely recommend this home.

Great stay!

Very clean with comfortable beds. Property owners checked in with messages to assure our stay was going well. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Would definitely stay here again!
