Happy & Chill in West Nashville!

Off I40, we offer a modern, beautiful and clean townhouse in the Bellevue area. We are convenient to shopping, restaurants, movie theatre, Ford Ice Center, One Bellevue Place, Warner Parks, Natchez Trace, Loveless Cafe, Checkwood Estate and Gardens, and Belle Meade Winery. The location is about 15 minutes from Vanderbilt and 25 minutes from downtown Nashville,depending on traffic.

Perfect townhouse for vacation & family visiting in convenient West Nashville, away from the hustle of Broadway (Bellevue is near West Meade & Belle Meade). 1 bedroom on the main floor and 2 upstairs bedrooms, each bedroom having its own private bathroom.

The space

This 1,700 sq ft townhouse has everything you need- three huge bedrooms, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, high-speed WIFI, and smart TVs. (There is no basic cable provided. You are welcome to sign into your subscriptions. Please make sure that you sign out upon leaving.)

Each bedroom has a private bathroom: one on the main level and two upstairs, plus a futon perfect for a smaller person. Plus a half bath on the first floor.

Keyless entry, we send you the code before you check in! Exterior camera at the front entrance post.

We live roughly 3 minutes from this home and are readily available for anything you might need but also value your privacy!

We have 1 free parking spot in front, please avoid the 2 spots on the far right, facing the street. Please park other vehicles in the free back area.
Outside patio cutoff time is 10:00 pm, at which time quiet hours begin. Please respect the neighbors!

60th Birthday Celebration

We absolutely loved this townhouse! Such a great location and only about 20 minutes to downtown. Very spacious with all the amenities you need to make you feel right at home! Diane was a great host and quick to respond to questions. We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back and staying here again!

Updated and spacious!

The townhome looks just like the photos, and it’s very spacious and clean. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The vanities are not big in the bathrooms so had to be a little creative with all our toiletry stuff. Property manager responded immediately w/questions we had. The location was convenient, extremely close to grocery stores, fast food etc. It is located on a busy street so we had some traffic noice while trying to sleep otherwise great stay. Thank you!

Awesome Property Owner

The only reason location was given a 4 instead of a 5 was because it's right on Hwy 70! So LOTS of traffic. Did not hear the traffic at all from inside the townhome, but taking the dogs out was challenging as all the noise made them nervous. But the location, as far as convenience to things, was wonderful! My only complaint with the townhome itself was the master bedroom down. We stayed down as the dogs were in their crates downstairs and the mattress in that bedroom really needs to be replaced. It felt almost sofa bed quality. Communication with the owner was fabulous; and the townhome comes equipped with everything you need for your stay!

This definitely 10/10

The downstairs was great for us older people, lots of bathrooms. The upstairs was perfect for our great granddaughter, she wanted her own bed and bath. And the other bedroom was perfect for granddaughter and her 6 year old. This Townhouse has a lot of special little things you don’t ever get. Loved that it was away from the big city and a lovely upscale neighborhood. Wish it wasn’t so far away would love to go back!!!

Great price and location!

This was a very nice place to stay! It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed! It was in a great location and only 20-25 min from downtown Nashville and easy to get to lots of different places we visited in Nashville! Had a grocery store close and quite a few restaurants! We would definitely recommend it to other people to stay!

The home was perfect for our group of 6, as it had 3 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, and another half bath in the shared space. Home was in a great location, quiet neighborhood but very quick drive to downtown. And Diane was one of the best hosts I’ve interacted with before, with great communication and responsiveness and going above and beyond to see that we had a great stay.
