This home is located just 1 mile from historic downtown Franklin, where you’ll find many retail shops and fabulous restaurants. Close to the Factory of Franklin for Saturday morning Farmers market, unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and a couple minutes to Cool Springs for many more restaurants, shopping & fun.

Home has easy access with keyless entry. You will be provided a code 1 week prior to check in, it will be active 3pm day of check in and expire 10am day of departure.
$75 pet fee must be paid prior to arrival,
NO Cats, 2 dogs maximum, must be crated when you are not with them. Animal owner assumes all responsibility for any damages to home.

There is plenty of cabinet space, storage, and all appliances. You will find everything you need for cooking. Free high speed Wifi, comfortable beds. All linens & towels provided. We supply a starter amount of paper products and trash bags.

Comfy beds, cozy furniture, 55" tv/cable in living room, and large deck with patio furniture and chairs.

Washer and dryer on site with ironing board and iron for your convenience.
