Fall in love with Franklin in this adorable cottage located on a quiet cut de sac.This updated 1930’s home offers the best of both worlds - vintage country charm and all the comforts of home. Relax in the cozy sitting room or sit on the back porch and enjoythe backyard. Both bedrooms have plush Queen beds and ceiling fans. Each bedroom features two large, private bathrooms with walk-in showers. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Location: The cottage is nestled on a quiet, safe street that's literally surrounded by historic venues and sites within walking distance. Walk to downtown Franklin, less than one mile away where great shops and restaurants await you. Battlefield Cottage has everything you need for a fun-filled, down-home authentic Franklin experience.
Nearby Attractions: Not only do you have easy access to historic sites and downtown Franklin, but you are close to the Natchez Trace Parkway and many great places to walk or bike. Please let us know if this is your first visit to Franklin or if you are celebrating a special occasion!

Cozy Cottage

The cottage was very cute and cozy. It is beyond pet friendly and the fenced yard is big plus. Loved the two en-suites. Plenty of big fluffy towels and all amenities including blankets and towels for the pups. Nice, quiet location. We enjoyed our stay!

This is everything I wanted my trip to Franklin to be. This place is located perfectly — near Main Street, close to a large grocery store and other tourist attractions including the Lotz House. Wonderful response from the host and so kind to allow pets. Would definitely stay here again.

Wedding getaway

Nice quiet cul de sac within about a mile walk to downtown Franklin. Very close vicinity to civil war battlefields and museums. Home was perfect for our stay. Property owner is very attentive. If we are ever in Franklin again we would stay here.

I adore Franklin for it's friendly people and small town feel. I don't ever advertise this property on Craigslist. If you see it listed there, it is not legitimate.

Why they chose this property

Battlefield Cottage stole my heart the first time I saw it. Located on a safe and quiet street close to everything you would want to do in historic Franklin. It has the charm of an older home but the addition of new bathrooms make it super comfy.
