We had a great stay! Everything was comfortable and exactly what we needed. The host was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

We loved the condo it was perfect for my little family. The resort is wonderful! My babies first trip to ocean and his first pool swim was amazing we will be back! And Ralph was very nice and amazing host

First off communication with the Host was AWESOME! Timing with a hurricane hitting and not knowing what we were doing, Ralph reached out to us 2-3 times letting us know he was watching it and was working with us, while other people were on the internet saying they couldn’t even get in contact with their host… that mean’t a lot!Even after we checked in he messaged me and asked how everything was going and made sure we were good, and even told us have a great trip home! Top notch host!!Room was great, has great access to an elevator right down to the parking lot and beach access! Everything we needed was there in the room(even though we spent most of the time at the beach). Great room, we stayed a week and never had any issues. Beds are comfy, and has a beautiful view of the beach! Will definitely be coming back and using this host again!!

Everything was as pictured, we felt safe, condo was clean the beds were comfortable would stay again if in the area. Great host, the only drawback is the building could use some more elevators for the volume of people but it’s not a dealbreaker at all just have patience at the busier times of day

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The location was great, and the unit was a good size! We were able to comfortably fit four people. It’s right on the beach with a nice pool and hot tub area! Parking was not an issue. Our only problem was that it wasn’t the most clean upon arrival. We ended up having to change the bed sheets, wipe down the counters and shower ourselves.

We enjoyed our stay. Ralph was very responsive and even let us check in early. Condo had everything we needed and the view was amazing! We loved the pool area with hot tubs, Tiki bar and restaurant. They had DJ most of the days and the whole vibe was very friendly and relaxing. We will be back.

I have stayed at this complex before and I like it. However this unit needs a MAJOR deep clean. No kitchen towels, not even starter dish soap and the bed linens I don’t even think were changed from previous guest! Mirrors looked like haven’t been touched in months and the floors looked like they weren’t swept or moped from previous guests. Very disappointed in this unit would not stay here in this unit unless major cleaning where to happen. This was a major disappointment as I really like the complex.

Great View and Amenities

The Summit is a great location for anyone planning a vacation. On the beach, multiple pools, hot tubs, laundry rooms and snack bars. Conveniently located to dining and family entertainment! Only negative is the elevators were down more than they should have been.

Very nice condo

We absolutely loved our stay here. The security made us feel very safe. The condo looked just like the listing the views from the eighth floor are absolutely breathtaking. The sunsets are wonderful. The sun rises are even better if you’re looking for a great place that is very family orientated and makes you feel safe. This is the place to stay. We will definitely be back next year.
