About this property

Finca with private pool & mountain views, dogs welcome.

Behind the village of El Perelló lies the beautiful Burga Valley. There you will find the finca Casa Mariano, in an orchard with olives, a vegetable garden and chickens and of course a pool. Casa Mariano original area HAS year and fully renovated part. The owner is a farmer, he is retired purpose Will Be On His land Maintaining it every now and then!
There are 2 bedrooms. A wide one with a twin bed and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. A wide kitchen with full single goal setting with a wide fridge / freezer, oven and microwave. In the living room you will find a spacious sofa bed. From the living room you can access through a hallway to the bedrooms and bathroom. There is a terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and the swimming pool. The large terrace offers a lot of shade and there is a table with plenty of chairs. The original cottage HAS year Sisterna (water tank) and BBQ area with outdoor kitchen and pizza oven. Finally, there is the wide garden to enjoy the sunshine and a swing for the children. The house is completely Call free in Nature and there is more than enough space available to enjoy undisturbed.

Calme et sérénité...

Endroit superbe pour des vacances reposantes ! Ici vous trouverez du calme et de l authenticité . La maison est sobre et fonctionnelle,rien de particulier à en dire,nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans les chambres 😊 L'extérieur est magnifique par contre ,l entretiens de celui-ci est réalisé avec soin,un vrai petit coin de Paradis ou vous prendrez plaisir à flâner au mimieu des oliviers ... Mention particulière pour Mariano,un homme adorable qui prendra plaisir à bavarder avec vous si vous le souhaitez. Celui-ci passe s'occuper des poules et du potager chaque jour. Il est tres discret,si vous ne souhaitez pas le contact,il ne viendra pas vous parler mais pour nous c'était un plaisir de passer un peu de temps en sa compagnie 😊 Son fils Victor, vient pour l entretiens de la piscine une fois par semaine. Il est également très gentil et prend le temps de vous indiquer les endroits à visiter et les restaurants à tester . Bref,il y aurait tant à dire ... en tout cas, nous en garderons un excellent souvenir et avons découvert de très belles personnes 😊

Quieren cobrarte la luz (20€) con el depósito

La casa está muy bien y limpia, la piscina tb muy limpia, pero llena de bichos. El dueño está casi todos los días (8 de 10) en el huerto de al lado de la casa e inspecciona, si coges leña, usas la manguera o cuántas luces dejas abiertas. Se hace pesado e incómodo, ya que pierdes cierta intimidad. Y ya lo último y lo peor, es que nos quisieron restar (o sea cobrar) 20€ de los 150€ que nos tenían que devolver, del depósito que te cobran por si hay desperfectos a la salida. Pero el echo es, que no había ningún desperfecto i dejamos la casa limpia. Pero ellos alegaron que habíamos dejado la luz de la terraza abierta, durante la noche y que esto era un gasto excesivo. No puedo entender que incluyan el gasto de la luz en la factura inicial, que ya te cobran las vacaciones completas (en este caso más de 1000€). Estábamos en medio de la nada, en medio del campo, sin farolas cerca, vaya ni cerca ni lejos, sin nada de luz, únicamente una con sensor de movimiento, que solo de encendían si pasabas por debajo. De echo solo fueron 2 o 3 noches que se me olvidó cerrarla, además de que mi mujer se sentía más segura y confortable encendiendo la luz exterior (ya que todas las demás las apagabamos como en nuestra propia casa). Creo que en esos más de 1000€ ya debían ellos calcular e incluir, la luz que pensaran que se podía gastar. Y no querer cobrarlo el último restándole del depósito. Me pareció un acto incomprensible, infundado i falto de razón. Por lo cuál, obviamente, no aceptamos y tubo que devolver el depósito, de 150€, íntegro. Por lo que enfadado nos dijo que estaba muy descontento y que no volviéramos por allí. En eso puede estar el hombre tranquilísimo...no tenemos ninguna intención de hacerlo.

Un sitio muy acogedor, la zona de fuera muy bonita y muy bien cuidada, el único però las camas individuales son incómodas. Fueron muy amables y nos dieron verduras del huerto.

Un super séjour au calme

Même si le wifi était précisé dans l'annonce, cette absence a permis une déconnection totale sans internet, ni téléphone, une bonne expérience...des propriétaires très gentils, un environnement très calme, une piscine forte agréable en plein été,..merci pour ce séjour...

Formidable séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison et son environnement est conforme à la description. Aucune mauvaise surprise, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour les vacances. Un cadre paisible et agréable. La piscine était parfaite et indispensable pour résister aux 40/41°. Des personnes accueillantes et sympathiques. Merci à Oscar et Victor. GT

Tranquilidad y desconexión.

Tranquilidad y desconexión . Mariano y toda su familia muy atentos y agradables. Entorno ideal, paisaje de olivos y monte. La casa confortable, con bastantes comodidades, (aire acondicionado en las habitaciones).
