The house has a reverse floor plan with the expansive primary en-suite bedroom upstairs along with the kitchen, half bath, and living space expanding to the lovely outdoor deck with beautiful ocean views.
Downstairs is a large den (with a king bed), an office (with a queen bed), and a full bath.
The house was built and permitted as a one-bedroom house and the maximum occupancy as required by our Santa Cruz County Permit is four people.
Conveniently located less than a mile from Pleasure Point, a mere 5 minute drive from the Santa Cruz Harbor and a scenic 2 miles along East Cliff Drive to downtown Capitola with its many activities and restaurants, We encourage our guests to explore this vibrant neighborhood.
The outdoor terrace is the favorite spot where you can prepare dinner on the gas BBQ, lounge on the 10-foot outdoor sofa, sip your favorite drink, and soak in the ocean views while listening to the sound of the waves.
This two-story house has a fully stocked kitchen, stunning ocean views, and plush bedding for the most restful sleep imaginable. It really does not get much better than this!
This is our home away from home that was listed on Vrbo a few years ago for a few months and now we are listing again to share our beautiful getaway.

This is easily the best property we have stayed at in SC and we have stayed in many! It was roomy, very well appointed and amazingly close to the beach. Amy was very responsive and great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

We love Santa Cruz and have spent many summers here as a family. This is our home away from home. In 2018 we rented it briefly and then took it off Vrbo and spent most of our time there ourselves. Now we have decided to put it back on Vrbo to share it with others again. We hope you find it as restful and wonderful as we do. Everyone tells us they've never slept so well as they do at Seaview Terrace!
Why they chose this property
Our favorite walk is just out the door toward Moran Lake and along the Pleasure Point pedestrian path where you can breathe in the sea air and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. We like to grab lunch along the way either at Point Market or sometimes we wander up 41st Avenue for lunch at Zameen, coffee at Verve, or ice cream at Penny creamery.
