This lovely unit in Seagrove Beach is ready for your stay! It is one of the few units that only requires you to walk across the street to get to the beach and just a short stroll to the pool as well! The cozy furnishings and great location will have you wishing you could stay for weeks. And we love our Sunday check in and check out during busy summer months. If you have ever traveled to or from 30A on a super busy Saturday in the summer (which is the standard turnover day for this area) then you will appreciate our Sunday check in! Avoid the traffic jams!

Cassine Garden has two beautiful community pools, a nature and fitness trail, tennis courts, a basketball court, a lovely pond and a private picnic area. The community is very quiet and serene- perfect for a week long vacation or a quick weekend get-away!

The downstairs features 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The room has sliding glass doors that open up to the lower patio. The master bedroom also has a mounted TV and ceiling fan. It opens to a private patio equipped with chairs for relaxing. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds. The lower bunk is full size and the top bunk is a twin. There is also a pull-out twin size trundle should you need more room. In the bunk room you will also find a pack-n-play for our young guests (please bring your own linens for the pack-n-play).

Upstairs you will find a comfy couch and oversized Crate & Barrel chair with ottoman in the living area. You are invited to enter your own Netflix, Prime or other streaming account for endless tv watching. Lots of board games and some toddler toys are also upstairs. The sliding glass doors on the second level open up to a covered deck- a great place to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. The dining area has a dining table with four chairs. There are also 2 bar stools at the kitchen bar. A small desk is available for anyone needing to do a little work. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need to prepare anything from a snack to a family feast! There is also a half bathroom upstairs.

The entire condo has Saltillo tile throughout and features cheerful colors. Framed photographs of local landmarks are displayed throughout the unit. Washing Machine and dryer is located in laundry room just off the master bedroom downstairs.

The rental includes free Wi-Fi usage, You Tube TV, 2 adult beach cruiser bicycles (over a $250 savings if you rent- they are well loved and used… but still work well), beach and pool toys, pack-n-play and board games for the entire family! It is within walking distance to the 30A outlet (beach supplies), Perfect Pig, Cafe 30-A, Brozini's Pizza, Goatfeathers Fish Market, Dough-sea-dough, Ice Cream, Urgent Care and Andy's Nails. And, of course, the beautiful beach is a short walk across the street! What more could you ask for!?!





**Cancellations: We require 60 days notice for all cancellations. The $200 reservation/damage deposit is not refundable once the reservation is accepted and the initial payment is received. Should a guest cancel more than 60 days out, they will be refunded the initial payment less the $200 deposit. Should a guest cancel less than 60 days out, they forfeit all payments made up until that point. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.

***Damage Deposit: After a guest's stay begins, the $200 reservation deposit immediately converts to a damage deposit. If no damage is found upon inspection, guests can expect to see a full deposit refund within 7 days.
