This place was perfectly suited for my family (ages 29 to 88)! The wraparound porch and views were our favorite part, but we also enjoyed the fire pit, the game room, and the big open feel of the living/dining room with lots of natural light. We were able to make our entire Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen! We saw lots of friendly deer all over the property, as well as a shooting star on our second night that looked like it was right above our heads. The whole thing felt magical, and we would recommend it to anyone! P.S. There is one road up that is not paved, but another that is, so maybe do a little research ahead of time to make sure you don’t take the rough one!
The Hans Creek Grandview Cottages are wonderful. Well appointed, clean cabins with an unbelievable view. Definitely worth the trip up the windy, narrow roads. Fabulous event venue too if you are planning a wedding or family reunion. Highly recommended!
Property was difficult to find. Road UP was extremely poor (owner said unfortunately the poorest in the county, but they have been requesting that something be done.) We were 4 couples on motorcycles. Roads around are awesome. Everyone was extremely nice. House was very comfortable and again, the views were amazing!! We would come back again to stay!
We loved the views and the amenities at this wonderful cabin. Appreciated the large outdoor areas, modern well stocked kitchen, and spacious cabin. Would love to come back!
This place was outstanding. I’ll be back for sure. The solitude and views were unbeatable.
