You will find in this apartment right at home. The floor consists of a spacious living room with kitchenette, fully equipped; two bedrooms (1 double with double bed or twin beds as needed; 1 double with two single beds); 1 bathroom with shower. In the living room is a sofa bed for two people. The entire floor is completely renovated, so you will find it clean and nice. It has heating throughout the apartment and air conditioning in the dining room. TELEVISION WITH SATELLITE DISH.
The location is ideal to enjoy the city as it is located in a quiet neighborhood, well connected. There is a metro stop 100m. Property and buses. The metro line leads directly to the Sagrada Familia in 3 stops to Plaça de Toros Monumental in 4 and the famous Paseo de Gracia in 6 stops.
Besides the immediate vicinity of the district reserves you the new technological district in Barcelona, ​​called 22 @; Agbar Tower, designed by Jean Novel French, a jewel of modern architecture has changed the "skyline" of the city forever; the National Theatre of Catalonia; the Hospital de Sant Pau, a complex of pavilions and gardens designed by Domenech i Muntaner in 1901: one of the major works of Catalan Modernism; the Design Hub Barcelona building, the new reference design space in Barcelona.

Nice Quiet Neighborhood

The apartment was as described in a quiet neighborhood with produce shops, bakeries, a grocery stores nearby. Annalisa is a wonderful host who met us right on time and carefully explained the workings of the unit and the neighborhood. She even ordered us a taxi pickup for our last day which we so much appreciated. Very good stay!

The apartment location was easy to get to from the SANTS train station. The apartment was fully equiped to meet our needs. The only issue was that the wi-fi reception was not dependable and there was no English television stations. Tourist in a beautiful city really did not require television!! Annàlisa was an excellent host and very helpful on checking-in to the apartment arranging taxi for us to get to the airport. Recommend this apartment highly.

Hot time in Barcelona

Annalisa's apartment was our first stay during the recent very hot spell in Spain. Thankfully the a/c worked well. The apartment is in a generally quiet area very close to metro, bus and taxi connections into Centro and airport. Very well stocked and equipped with a good layout, the apartment was, in our opinion, the best of our trip. Annalisa was a major help in getting some of our airline stray luggage back to us. Two nearby bakeries were very good, but skip the local supermercados. About 4 and 8 blocks South are 2 larger markets. We enjoyed being able to leave the crowds and extreme noise of Centro areas for the quiet of the Provencals area. Thank you, Annalisa.

ALMOST a perfect space

One of the highlights of our trip was staying here after 2 weeks abroad because Annalisa's apartment has a washing machine! We did all of our laundry and that was a game changer for the rest of our trip. Also, her kitchen is well equipped and we had no trouble cooking our meals. I gave it 5/5 stars becasue there was no option for 4.5/5. The reason forthis comment is because of the bed. The bed was really uncomfortable and left us a bit sore each night. The pillows were really small. The beds seemed old and hard but also sunk in where you were with hard edges around their single frames. The air conditioner was in the living room and not the bedroom, but if you turned it on early enough and kept the door to the room open, it managed to cool the room overnight as well. Annalisa was a fantastic host and gave us good tips for the metro and the area. I would recommend staying here for the location and amenities, I would be wary of the beds however.

Excellent Location

Barcelona is a beautiful city. We were a few metro stops away from the downtown area (La Rambla). The metro is easy to use and is located close to the property. Annalissa was an excellent host - she greeted us upon our arrival and provided a lot of excellent information and tips. There are a lot of eateries and places to shop and visit near the property and around the city itself. Barcelona has a lot of cultural, educational and architectural places to take in. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist schön und ruhig, sie beinhaltet alles was man braucht. Die U-Bahn-Station Bac de Roda ist gleich ums Eck, auch die Bushaltestation ist ganz nah, so dass man auch im Nu in der Stadt ist. Lebensmittelgeschäfte befinden sich auch in der Nähe der Wohnung, so dass der Selbstversorgung nichts im Wege steht. Die Gastgeberin Analisa ist sehr nett und versorgte uns gleich mit einem Stadtplan und ein paar guten Tipps. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

The apartment was great. It had everything we expected or needed. The laundromat across the street was supposed to offer free WiFi, but we could never get the password to work. It must have changed. We just left to use wifi from the restaurant a couple blocks away when we needed to.

Good value, needs some updating

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the apartment and would recommend.The bathroom and kitchen looked fairly new but the bedrooms need some updating but they were clean. No air conditioning in the bedrooms , it would be better to have fans available. We could not find any English speaking channels on the TV. Several nice bakeries very close. Neighbours in the apartment above were quite noisy late at night.

Wonderful-quaint- and quiet

My stay at this property was way to short. Annalisa was a wonderful host. The property was comfortable and exactly as advertised. We were close to the metro but we took the time to walk though the neighborhood as well. Thank you so much for making us feel comfortable!
