Located in the quiet of Park Meadows across from the golf course and just a couple of miles away from both Deer Valley & Park City Resorts. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, 1400 square foot condo was recently fully renovated. The free transit system is a 3 minute walk away and the Park City Marc is located right next door should you wish to soak in the hot tub, workout, swim or even play a game of tennis.

Bedroom configuration includes a Master Suite with a XL Queen bed, gas fireplace, walk in closet and a private deck. The second bedroom has trundle bed that can be pulled out to a king bed or into two twin beds closet, desk and private deck with a stunning view of Park City Mountain Resort. The 3rd bedroom is located on the third story with a Full sized bed, a work area with a desk and a private bathroom.

The main level features bamboo hardwood floors, two large private decks, kitchen and dining area, living room with a gas fireplace, a 1/2 bath, and the washer and dryer. There is a BBQ grill and outdoor seating (during the warmer months). There is a 1 car garage along with additional spots for guests. In total, the unit has 4 deck offering great views.

Wonderful stay!

We came to Park City for a weekend at Sundance and stayed at Jillian's property. Everything about the experience and stay was seamless from booking to check out. The space was perfect for our needs and centrally located! I would definitely book this property again whether it's for another Sundance trip or coming back to explore Park City!

Perfect getaway

We used this amazing property as a home base for our first Utah ski trip. We found the property to be clean, well appointed and really cozy! There were lots of beautiful touches throughout the home adding a level of comfort.

Enjoyed our stay near Park City & Deer Valley!

The house is nicely decorated and very clean, comfortable. There’s space for us (4), nice bathrooms with great water pressure. A garage to park, also a dryer, boot and glove warmers helped after skiing. We enjoyed making breakfast, sitting around the table drinking coffee, watching it snow while getting ready to go skiing. It’s conveniently located near restaurants, as we appreciated having a relaxing night in with dinner delivered, and another out at Adolphs restaraunt. So overall it was a very easy and efficient process including our late night arrival. We hope to visit again! Thanks!

I purchased this property because of it's convenient location and proximity to all of the resorts, mountain biking, hiking, cycling and snowshoeing.

What makes this property unique

My home offers a quiet and comfortable setting within a safe community. Just a stones throw from the resorts and a quick walk to the free transit makes things very convenient for all your needs. There are three stories with two fireplaces and room to spread out. My favorite view is that from the second bedroom where you can lay in bed and see the snow cats grooming Park City Resort or during the day watch the snow sparkle off the ski runs.
