A large bright space, with a superb private terrace, set on a very beautiful and immense beach with direct access, ideal for walks, jogging, swimming, 20 meters from the Thalasso center of the Hôtel de la Baie.
Total comfort, from the large living / dining room to the upstairs bedrooms, with panoramic sea views everywhere, including the fully equipped kitchen. All close to the center of Granville and 15 minutes from the SNCF train station.

La vue est tout simplement sublime et l’emplacement génial ! Appartement fonctionnel mais non recommandé pour les personnes ayant des difficultés avec les escaliers. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et reposant, merci pour le bon accueil et la communication fluide :)

Wirklich ganz tolle Lage mit ausreichend Platz auch für eine fünfköpfige Familie! Liegt in einem großen Haus direkt am Meer im ersten Stock mit großer Umlauf der Terrasse, die einem zwar nicht selbst gehört, aber die man nutzen kann. Dabei ist es nur eine Treppe herunter, einmal über den Fußgängerweg und man ist am Strand. Geht im Bikini! Parkplatz direkt im angrenzenden Hof. Wunderschöner Ausblick auf das Meer mit Miesmuscheln-Zucht und Granville mit Casino, Oberstadt und Leuchtturm, dass man bei Ebbe gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Im Haus: eine Waschmaschine, Trockner und allerlei Dinge für den Strand vorhanden, Wäschespinne etc. Zwei Doppelzimmer und ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, im oberen Stock, außer kleine Fernsehecke und Bad mit Dusche. Oben wie unten auch noch mal zusätzlich Toilette sowie unten auch noch mal eine Dusche. Küche: Spülmaschine und viel Platz im Kühlschrank vorhanden, Ofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, alles da. Riesiger Esstisch mit viel Platz und Blick aufs Meer. Die Couch müsste tatsächlich einmal ihre letzte Reise antreten, aber wen interessiert das bei der tollen Aussicht… sehr freundlicher Empfang.

Einzigartige Lage - stilvolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Unmittelbare Lage am Meer, eine wunderschöne Promenade, trotz Hochsaison war der Strand nicht überlaufen. Das touristische Angebot rund um Donville-les-Bains/ Granville ist sehr gut. Vieles lässt sich zu Fuß entdecken. Allein die Ebbe und Flut, das Suchen nach Muscheln oder den Strand zu entdecken waren jeden Tag ein Highlight für die Kinder. Man lebt mit den Gezeiten, den Wetterveränderungen und auch wenn während unseres Aufenthaltes auch viel Wasser von oben kam, so hat das Meer und die tollen Sonnenuntergänge vieles wieder entschädigt. Die Wohnung selbst bietet alles, was man braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Meeresrauschen in der Nacht und am Morgen sorgte für pure Entspannung. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine angemessene Größe, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Küche bietet alles was man Geschirr und Kochutensilien benötigt. Die Wohnung bietet einen großen Tisch, einen großen Wohnzimmerbereich mit Blick aufs Meer und in der 2. Etage einen Fernsehbereich. Wir haben Donville-les-Bains kennen- und lieben gelernt. Man fühlt sich gleich, wie zuhause. Unser Dank geht auch an die Wohnungsverwalterin, die erreichbar war für uns und uns mit guten Urlaubstipps versorgt hat. Merci beaucoup pour tout! C'était un grand plaisir de passer nos vacances chez vous à Donville-les-Bains.

Très bel appartement

Appartement spacieux, très bien situé toutes les fenêtres donnent sur la mer, Quelques marches à descendre et nous sommes sur la plage. Très bon accueil par Madame Guyot. Concernant l'annonce, l'appartement n'est pas adapté aux personnes handicapées

traumhafte Wohnung am allerbesten Platz

Traumhaft! Mehr geht nicht. Die schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Schön ist auch, dass es eine noch privat genutzte Wohnung ist, die eben nicht den üblichen sterilen Ferienwohnungsflair hat. Es sind daher eben auch Gebrauchsspuren sichtbar. Das obere Stockwerk hat Potential sich den Kopf zu stossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Super.

Haus am Meer

Obwohl wir während 4 Tagen weder TV Empfang noch Internet hatten , ( Eigentümerin war sehr bemüht das Modem Problem zu lösen .🤙) haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in Donville-les-Bains sehr genossen. Die wunderbare Lage direkt am Meer ist einmalig und eigentlich unbezahlbar. Wir haben die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge 🌇 erlebt . Buchen dieses Wohnung sicherlich wieder. Dankeschön

Die Lage ist super aber die Wohnung den Preis nicht wert!

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Die Wohnung ist nicht, wie beschrieben, rollstuhlgerecht! Geschirr und Duschen nicht sauber. Viele Schränke sind nicht nutzbar, da vollgestopft mit Sachen der Eigentümer oder zugeklebt mit Paketband. Tiefhängende Stürze (aus Beton und Stahl) sind für Personen über 1,60 m Größe gefährlich. Laute Lüftergeräusche in einem Schlafzimmer. Zu wenig Handtücher! Defekter Geschirrspüler.

Magnifique appartement et très belle situation

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux. On se croirait presque dans un bateau. Sous le soleil, c'était magique ! De jolies balades à faire autour et un bon accueil.
