Exquisitely Remodeled Home with Dual Master Suites + 2 addtl. Bedrooms on Bus Rt

This 2,700 square foot townhome was extensively expanded and remodeled in 2016. The main floor was expanded by approximately 300 square feet and showcases a much larger new kitchen and dining room. The home is finished in the very current mountain industrial style with all new furnishings , flooring, paint and more! Bi-fold panel doors fold back all the way to open up on a large deck with new hot tub and gorgeous meadow/creek views and patio dining in summer with BBQ. All bathrooms have new stone countertops and new sinks, faucets and lighting. Basement bunk room has all new bedding, lighting and more. Home received new super soft carpet in 2019. This beautifully remodeled townhome is located approximately one mile from the Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Resort - now all part of Vail. Also - we are just minutes from Deer Valley. The main floor is quite spacious with a new HDTV, convenient access to the new private hot tub, outdoor dining table and BBQ on the deck and we have a spacious two-car garage.  Downstairs is a large bonus room with new sleeper-sofa and loveseat, a separate fireplace, large screen HDTV, full bath and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 twins). Upstairs are TWO MASTER SUITES each with a brand new memory foam king-size mattress , all new bedding which is replaced in its entirety after checkout and all new furnishings. The third upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and also new bedding which is fully swapped out for fresh after checkout for next arriving guests. The main master bedroom has a very large and expanded balcony with views of a creek and surrounding mountains.  In the summer guests can enjoy sunbathing in a pair of lounge chairs while enjoying charming meadow views and often on weekends you can see Hot Air Balloons going by in the distance! We even have a moose family that typically resides off our balcony in the summer! A brand new washer and dryer are in the unit. The community is on 3 different stops for the free bus route providing convenient, no-hassle access to all that Park City has to offer.  All upstairs bedrooms are equipped with TVs and DVDs.  For summer visitors golf, fly fishing, tennis, hiking, and biking are all nearby. The Peaks Hotel which is across the street has a food truck, cocktails, live music and outdoor games and bike rental in the summer and in the winter a skating rink and ski rental. Also was voted Best Pizza in Park City!!

We also keep the house stocked with spices, cooking and laundry supplies, condiments and other cooking basics for the convenience of our guests. Please check ALL kitchen cupboards before making a market run.

Step across the street to The Peaks Hotel for fantastic Italian dining and wood fired pizza with a lively bar. In summer - The Peaks sports a food truck, cocktails, live music and outdoor games and tables in the park and bike rental and in the winter a skating rink and ski rental. Also was voted Best Pizza in Park City!!

This place was awesome, location is fantastic. My mother in law was able to stay in the peaks hotel across the street and had a one minute walk to the house. Kids loved the bunk room. Well stocked like everyone says.

We had four adults and 6 boys in this home for a long weekend. Less than 2 miles from PC resort, loved the hot tub and the coziness. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Our crew loved this spot.

One of the best rentals we’ve stayed at!

We have literally zero complaints. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and was the most well stocked/supplied rental I’ve ever seen. Shan was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. It’s so close to the bus stops and easy to get anywhere in Park City. Highly, highly recommend and hope to get the chance to stay here again some day.

This property was everything and more than advertised. The family room in front of the fireplace was large enough for all of us to relax and visit. The kitchen is so well stocked, you will have everything you need for cooking. Bus stops easy two minute walk. Beds were super comfortable. 5 out of 5 star for sure.

What a beautiful vacation condo. The location to skiing (Canyons, Park City, Deer Valley) was ideal. The walk to the bus was all of 100 yards. We could track the bus on the app and walk out almost as it was pulling up. Couldn't have been easier...great location! Delicious restaurant right out the front door as well (at the Peaks Hotel). The decor was beautiful! Great layout. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved everything about this place and will definitely make it our "home away" if we head back to Park City next year. You won't be disappointed renting this home.

Trust us when we say - this is the perfect ski house getaway! New carpet, new everything including a fully stocked kitchen with spices, basics, and supplies, all new furnishings...and very comfortable new mattresses in DUAL MASTER BEDROOMS! Decor is current mountain industrial. Home is spotless and views of mountain are spectacular from upstairs. Basement bonus room is the perfect location for kids and teens..they have their own zone with big screen TV, bunk room, full bathroom and plenty of space to play games. There are even gaming chairs! Large exterior deck has a new large hot tub with views of a meadow and stream. There is a local moose that roams that stream and deer too. Come stay at this home- you will not be disappointed!

This was a great condo to stay in during our February break. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed warm fires, the hot tub, the enormous table, doing puzzles and games (many provided at the property) - the powder room and laundry off the main floor was convenient for everyone. The kitchen was large and very well stocked. You can tell the owners really care about the home. They were very responsive and pleasant. The location is great - right between the mountains and stores. Lots of helpful tips from the owners regarding restaurants and other things to do in the area. Would recommend this rental any day.

Great property!

This home is in the perfect location in park city with quick access to multiple towns. Very well equipped with everything and more. We’ve rented many homes in the past where they strip the kitchens of everything. Was really nice to have what we needed and more. Hosts were helpful and always available. Would definitely book again. Ps - the moose family was amazing! When they walked by we all ran out and filmed.

All you need

Do not hesitate to stay in this townhome. We stayed here specifically to go skiing and snowboarding and the location of this unit is perfect. You do not need to have a car if you prefer to shuttle as it is located 4 minutes from ski resort. Also very close to Main Street which has great places to eat and drink. As for the unit, it is completely equipped with all you need. Owner provides with detail EVERYTHING. It was like entering your own home. Owners were a pleasure to deal with as well. We will stay here again.

Wonderful home in a perfect location

I could not have asked for a better spot to spend a long weekend. Our 12-person group comfortably fit in the house with no one feeling squeezed for space. We particularly enjoyed the huge dining room table that allowed us to have a few family-style meals! Shan and Dave were incredibly responsive and even went so far as to provide us with a list of recommendations for dining out. The house is conveniently located between Canyons and Park City and is an easy 2 minute drive to the grocery store and an 8 minute drive to town. The house is full of amenities like board games, streaming services and a hot tub which were a blast and the kitchen is stocked with whatever you will need to cook a full meal. Thank you Shan and Dave for being such gracious hosts!

Park City Perfection

As previous Park City Residents we make our annual pilgrimage each summer to see friends and rediscover trails and restaurants. This is our 5th VBRO in Park City and easily the best property we have stayed in. Clean, quiet, stocked with everything under the sun, and the perfect location in the heart of town, without any noise. Easy walk to the grocery store, movie theatre, and local restaurants. We will not rent another place again! Homeowners were very easy to work with and communicated through every step of the process. Quick location to the bus stop or bike/walk paths. Everything about this house made it feel like our home, from the hot tub to the game closet. Kitchen had 2 of almost everything. The beds are firm (a personal preference), everything is very clean and easy to use. Thanks again for a great vacation!!

Our week in Park City was amazing! Your lovely home was just the icing on the cake. Fit our 2 families perfect! Your large kitchen table was awesome for eating together & even better for game playing! The proximity of the shuttle stops (great having 2 to choose from) was awesome- made it so simple to get back & forth from the slopes. We actually enjoyed the short walk to the stores & could easily catch a shuttle back if we had too many groceries. The snowfall made our stay so picturesque! Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful condo, great location & plenty of space

We were so impressed with our stay at this property. The condo was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for our group of 10. We loved the open living space with the huge dining table. We had room for dining and could still leave a puzzle set up at one end of the table. The furniture was not just beautiful but comfortable to sit in. The kitchen was fully stocked even with spices that the owners shared. The bedroom layout was perfect for two families with 6 children between us with the adults upstairs along with two kids and the other four kids in the lower level with room to spread out. It was a very easy walk to the city bus line with two different stops within a block of the condo. On top of the lovely deco, space and location they had the best blankets!!!!

Fantastic location; beautiful property; amazing owners

We just spent the week after Christmas in this home and it was unquestionably the best rental we've ever encountered. For starters, the location is fantastic. A (very) few short minutes to downtown Park City and the lifts. And quite close to the Canyons and great shopping at Redstone and the outlets. If I had to place a pin on a map of the center of activities in Park City, it would land in this location. From there, the home is amazing. I call it a home because it's clearly someone's home rather than a "rental". It's what you would expect of someone's primary residence--a generously stocked kitchen; game cabinet; great beds with nice linens; a great hot tub; lots of extra sheets and towels and all in excellent shape. Adding to that--every room in the house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated by someone who cares, a lot. And finally there are the owners, who could not possibly have been more gracious or accommodating. We spoke to them several times before and during our stay and they were immediately responsive and incredibly helpful with our (probably too many) requests. All this made for a wonderful vacation for our entire family. Many thanks to the owners for making this a vacation to remember.

Utah ski trip 2015

Our group of nine stayed in this condo for a week. It is on the free bus loops for Park City, Deer Park and Canyons, and within easy reach of Main Street and other facilities. The condo is very well appointed, clean and comfortable,and quiet. The owners are very easy to deal with and helpful. Would recommend this condo highly.

Convenient access from Southern California and world class skiing. Home is beautifully decorated with all updated furnishings, bedding and more. Downstairs basement is the kid and teen hangout with large screen TV, gaming chairs, private bath and a double bunk room. Large private deck off main floor has a wall of bi-fold doors that open out to a large new hot tub, dining table and BBQ for warm summer days and nights. We often get a Moose family hanging out in our back meadow during the spring and summer. Two car garage allows for great bike storage if guests are on a bike trip, Very quiet and peaceful location.
