Huge party deck, covered dining area with outdoor kitchen. Brand New kitchen. Perfect for extended family vacations! In the fall, perfect for golf/football watching getaway!
5 bedrooms - 1 Master BR downstairs with large shower with 2 heads plus connecting outdoor shower. 4 upstairs bedrooms (2 with en suite bathrooms) all facing water with connected balcony overlooking lake. Includes 3master bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) with attached, private full baths (one with Jacuzzi tub); other two bedrooms (1 queen and one with 1 queen and set of bunk beds) each have full baths across the hall. Master Bath downstairs has king bed and full bath. Updated boathouse and boardwalk!!! Upper deck of boathouse provides beautiful area for lounging, watching the sunrise or sunset or gazing at the stars! Upper Deck of boathouse also has a 60 inch flat screen.

Our stay was amazing! We had a blast skiing and tubing with easy access to the lake. We were also able to fish and swim near the dock without any issues. The kids also enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards that were provided. This was our second time at this house and both times were great.
The sunsets were alway vibrant and beautiful!
Paddle boarding was a blast.
The sunrises were spectacular!

We enjoyed the location and access to the lake. The outside of the house and furniture was less taken care of, but likely due to the amount of bugs being lakeside that come out at night. We enjoyed the time and thankful for the host for quick responses.

What a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends!!!!

We have stayed at this house several times and each time have such a great time. There is plenty of room and lots of water toys and activities to keep everyone busy. The kitchen is a great place to make food and enjoy each others company. Thank you for sharing your home with us and giving us a lake place to enjoy the water.

This property was so great, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Right on the water, so handy for fishing, and we really enjoyed the lights in the water after dark. We loved that the dining table was large enough to accommodate all 10 of us!

We had plenty of room for our family group. We loved being able to use the kayaks and the fireplace. Beautiful view from the living room and all the bedrooms! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving trip there 😊

Lake House

We had a great time! The view was fantastic, and the house had a great deck and outside area. It was a good location in Marble Falls with easy access to a number of state parks. We would definitely stay here again.

This location is perfect for a relaxing weekend that allows you to never leave the house because you have everything you need! The patio, porch and lake are absolutely breath taking and make for a wonderful patio dinner with enough space for the entire family!

Family reunion

This place was perfect for our small family reunion. Lots of outdoor areas to relax. Kayaks and paddle boards were provided for everyone to enjoy. Big common areas for the whole gang to eat and play games.

Guys Lake Weekend

Great place for a large group gathering. Nice boat dock for our boat and lots of water toys means we never had to leave the house. We had a group of 12 and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Very nice quiet location right on the water. Met all of our needs. Of note, 2 of upstairs beds are super elevated so those vertically challenged may need step stool.

Excellent Views With All The Amenities

Great property and great hosts. Stayed at several lake houses and this one has all the views and amenities you need for a memorable lake experience. Excellent indoor and outdoor layout with many thoughtful details. Loved the outdoor lighting for those lakeside evenings. We very rarely stay at the same place twice but we would stay here again for sure.

Shawn and Jackie O'Farrell live in Austin, Texas and have 3 children. We are both professionals in high tech. We are quite busy with our jobs and children which precludes us from going to our home in Horseshoe Bay as much as we would like which is why we rent it out.

Why they chose this property

We loved Lake LBJ because it is a constant level lake and enables you to have a home very near the lake because flooding will not happen. Additionally, we loved the Horseshoe Bay area because it is close to Austin and also home to many restaurants and amenities. Additionally, it is close to Marble Falls which also has great restaurants and bars with entertainment.

What makes this property unique

We have 175 ft of beautiful open water front. We can view both the sunrise and sunset over the water from our property. Boat Dock and Jet Ski Ramps included.

The water in front of our home is clear and around 7 feet deep and protected from boaters by our boathouse. It is very private as it is all on the water and a great place to ski, wakeboard, swim, play in the water. We provide canoes, kayaks, lily pads, life jackets. We even have stairs that go into the water so that older people and dogs can get in and out.
